She was easy to talk to, and was accommodating to our requests, which fluctuated because of the hospital's scheduling process. We initially coordinated a 9 am pickup and later - the night prior to the reservation - had to reschedule to a pickup around 4 am, and SJL had no problem adjusting. The entire service was perfect. Ashley took great notes of everything that I explained to her about our situation, and the notification emails provided by the service reflected all the details that I had shared with Ashley - confirming that communication was flowing from me to Ashley and, ultimately, to the driver. The SJL web portal worked well. The driver, John, was on time and my Dad appreciated John's friendliness and good company.
