This is a small family run business and Scott, the owner was prompt, pleasant and an all-around professional. He knew so much about glass and was able to give me some great pointers on caring for my windows with tips that I had been overlooking. I actually did not realize how dirty our windows were until he had finished ---apparently the glass had a film built up from having used windex --and once he had cleaned them they looked as good, if not better than the day we got them. Scott applied a very effective, yet environmentally friendly product on the windows and showed me how we could keep them up in between washings. Bright Outlook is a well-run family business and I could not recommend them more highly. I also appreciated how the pricing was fair and straightforward. He gave me a quote based on the number of windows I had and the photos of the work I emailed him, and there were no surprises. The work he did truly gave our home a brighter outlook. It looked like a million bucks and I am looking forward to their next visit.

They coordinated with our neighbors and gain access and did some very creative driving to get the material and equipment where it needed to go. We had many people simply decide that the job was too complicated. But the can-do attitude of Puget Construction Landscape shined through and they got it done. Our hardscaping is beautiful and the quality and detail shine through. It is something we will enjoy for many years to come. Would 100% recommend them. Shortly after complaining to the Pro Grass company about their workers urinating behind the garage.. at least that's what it looked like... and the fact that when they turned around it was obvious they were putting Mr Winky back in his hiding place; anyway.. after that complaint they started blowing all the yard debris onto my front porch area. This is sooooo unprofessional. I would not recommend Pro Grass for any business especially if there are young.. and older.. children running around.. which there are and were plenty when the obscene displays were happening. I cannot stress enough that I don't trust them and I'm certainly not recommending them.

It was so bad and driving me crazy. This job was too small for others I contacted or they couldn't get to it for weeks. I called Homesource and Mark set up an appointment in just a few days. So affordable too. Mark replaced the hinges which helped immensely. That was the first of a two-part great job. After he left the door jamb started making cracking (?) sounds when opened and closed. I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good. They were so responsive, professional, and timely...no waiting for 6 weeks, etc. Friendly, honest, customer-oriented service for sure. I highly recommend them.
