Worst customer service ever! Finance manager was extremely rude and condescending. Sent many unnecessary documents in the closing package and when I requested explanations the answer was "everyone has to sign them". He has NO idea what he's doing. He made us sign forms that were incorrect and incomplete. For example, we had to sign an affidavit that "blank" and "blank" were the same person. He couldn't tell us what went in the blanks or why we needed to sign it. I had to sign a form guaranteeing my spouses debt, even though we did not finance through the dealership. Calls and texts go unanswered. Who knows if I will EVER receive the title for this car. I will be certain to share the experience with all my friends. read more

Warning do not buy from this dealership they sell TRASH. I have had so many problems with the vehicle that I purchased three months ago. This dealership sold me a vehicle with many issues including faulty brakes and mechanical issues. In just a week I noticed that the truck was making whistling noises from the engine, and the brakes were very loose. I reached out to the dealership which gave me the run around. I tried reaching out on various occasions, but they ghosted me until I showed up and demanded to speak to a supervisor. I was told to leave the truck that they were going to check it out. They first told me that they were going to send my vehicle to another dealership's repair shop as they didn't have the "tools" to fix the issues that the truck was having, which was an issue with the engine and the brakes. I would call everyday to get a status on my vehicle, but they would tell me that they had not gotten a diagnostic yet. I was very upset as the previous dealership had advised me the diagnostic already, but they said otherwise. My suspicion is that they changed the diagnostic, so they did not have to fix the issue with their money, but to use the extended warranty. My truck was in the repair shop in Edinburg for 10 days; mind you I have no other mode of transportation as I traded my good vehicle for this piece of trash. No loaner was available according to them. It was the longest 10 days of my life from taking ubers, asking for rides, and even calling out of work. I pleaded with the dealership to have some compassion as I have four children including a baby who relies on me to provide transportation. They had no compassion. According to the dealership they fixed the "issue" now I have multiple engine lights on and the truck has signaled that it is having issues with the brakes. When I reached out to them stating that it was illegal to sell a vehicle with faulty brakes, they miraculously sent me a report stating that the brakes were in perfect condition. I took it to a mechanic to inspect the truck and he told me that it does have issues with the breaks and other issues that need to be repaired. Mind you all this money is coming out of my pocket, after giving a large down payment and trading in my car I have nothing left. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Horrible experience, never again! Took almost 6 months to get my vehicle registration and license plates. Ernest Guevara is the "customer relations manager" there. What a joke! Bought my vehicle July, 2019 I sent him an email November 13, 2019 expressing my frustration, and asking about my license plates and registration. It's been 5 months what's going on? He replied with a " I've already coordinated with our titling office and have made this our first priority in resolving the problem with registering your vehicle. It appears to be something that can get resolved quickly, but I will follow up to make sure we do not lose track in getting this done." 12/12/2019 emailed him asking for status , no response via txt, or email. 12/20/2019 sent another email and txt asking for status, No response. Went in not expecting to get approved because of my credit but you just smiled and said "I got you" I've heard that before and just got shut down so sorry for not believing in you. The excitement that came across and told me "congratulations David I got you approved" I couldn't describe the feeling. After walking in I saw a lady go into an office and through closed door heard a male say "now your going to have to be up (persons name) a**," followed by loud laughter. A salesperson assisted me in determining who had called me. Then the lady left The office and also assisted me in finding manager Blake whom contacted me last night and this morning for 11:30 am appointment. A sales lady approached me said the vehicle I was looking for had been sold. Blake came introduced himself and said he would look into vehicle status. Another manager came and said vehicle had been sold and what kind of vehicle I was looking for. I said thank you and promptly left. First if an appointment is scheduled for a certain vehicle and the vehicle is sold the customer should be contacted. Secondly they had another vehicle line up for me to test drive. I feel this is a sales strategy they are using. In addition, I surprised at the level of comfort regarding the harassment of their employee. Very unprofessional management.
