When I returned in June to buy two more, I was informed that one of the December tires had developed a bubble and that they would send it back for a prorated warranty claim. Instead of handling the single tire as discussed, they secretly sent both of my December tires back without any prior notice or explanation. When I confronted them about this unauthorized action, they suddenly changed their story and claimed both tires were "damaged." At no point during the initial conversation was the second tire ever mentioned. This was a clear and deliberate lie. They promised to call me with an update on the warranty process but never followed through. After three full weeks of silence, I had to call them myself only to be insulted with a pathetic $33 credit as their final "resolution." This is not a simple mistake. It is textbook shady business practice: bait-and-switch tactics, unauthorized handling of customer property, outright lying to cover their tracks, and zero accountability. Their customer service is abysmal, and their ethics are even worse. These owners clearly have no respect for their customers or basic honesty. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the frustration--take your business anywhere else. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be exploring all other available options to hold them accountable.

There was no real effort to address the damage or make it right. Then on another visit I came in for something very basic -- a fix-a-flat. Before they even started, the employee who greeted us began inspecting other parts of my truck like the wiper blades and generally looking over the vehicle as if he were doing a full inspection. At first I didn't think much of it, but later they told me one of my rims supposedly had a surface crack and said they would have to tow my vehicle unless I purchased a new set of wheels. The whole situation felt uncomfortable and unnecessarily pressured. I came in for a simple repair and instead felt like I was being pushed toward an expensive purchase. Between the damage done to my rims on a previous visit and the pressure during the most recent one, it's hard to trust bringing my vehicle back here.
