I am Fleet manager for Sunny Glen Children homes and we took 2 Kia's for a recall over a month ago. I have yet to receive and updates and every time I call I keep getting told that it will be ready in a few days. According to your staff the parts are on its way but before I took them for service they had assured me that the parts were in. Just this morning I have called to the service depart 5 times and no one answer. I have also called the main Harlingen line to speak with an operator and it goes straight to voice mail. After searching for my car for about 15 minutes, guess what? It wouldn't start. They were going to have the technician look at over this afternoon to see what the problem is. That was hours ago. Have I heard anything? No I have not. This is also a recurring issue with this dealership. They never contact me to let me know what the issue is and when I call someone is always going to call back. The mechanic Abel ran diagnostics and drove the car to see what was wrong. He cleared the errors and told us what he thought was wrong with it. Long story short it was ok to drive back but he told us what was wrong as to not let us get ripped off by the dealer when we get back. Very honest people her at Young's and didn't even want to charge us for the hour we were there since they only diagnosed. We gave some but still walked away better than we would've at the dealer.
