In the fall when they service my furnace they never recorded the service date on the furnace, they did not reseal the hole they used to check for carbon monoxide in the duct work, and they did not properly latch the furnace cover. The quality and value of their work is poor. This month, to make an appointment to have my A/C unit serviced they would only give a 5 hour window (12:00-5:00pm) and then they called the day before (I was at work) to try and come out. This morning, two hours before my scheduled 5-hour window, they called and said they were on their way. I called the office around 10:20am and voiced concern as I was doing other things and wasn't planning on them being here. The representative confirmed the technician was on their way, so I waited at home, and they never showed up. I called the office at 12:48pm and another representative answered and said if the technician didn't get an answer when they called this morning, they moved on. However, the technician left a message that he was on his way to my house and the first representative confirmed that he in fact was on his way. The second representative apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I said no, I want them to come today as scheduled, but I will no longer use this business. They also did t vacuum put dryer vent as scheduled. Their quality has continued to decline since the original owners sold the business. I'll be using a local and reputable family owned business from this point forward.

After the install, they had to come back THREE times the first week to repair the brand new furnace . Since then, they have come back on two occasions for routine cleaning. BOTH times, the following day the working furnace no longer worked. The same tech had to come back 1-2 times to fix his own mistakes. The tech had to call other techs within the company to be walked through how to fix the furnace. Issac advertises as 24/7 emergency service but no one will answer the phone after hours--leaving us with no heat on two separate occasions. Once we got ahold of someone they would only schedule us on their "next available"....2 days later. We had to demand same day service--to which they were still late to.

Just to be absolutely sure that he made the right diagnosis, he came back out (at no cost) to double check everything. Grayson came with Jerry and what a wiz with electrical stuff! They ended up saving me over two hundred dollars just from that re-check, and I am so grateful that Jerry took the extra time to be 100% sure. I don't get the negative review. I found them to be super friendly, funny but really professional also. And they explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions, and I had lots of them. They came out immediately (on a holiday weekend). They solved a number of problems we were having. They did so by applying real cleverness and good humor. They then charged a very reasonable amount.
