I cannot say enough about the EXCELLENT service that was given to us from B & W Heating & COOLING!…read more After having an annual furnace check- up from a different company that told us our furnace was in such bad condition, suggested a new unit because repairs would cost just as much... and stating our duct work was not hooked up correctly, to tune of approximately $10,000.00! Upon further information, we found that B & W initially installed the existing furnace. We called them and they promptly came out, looked over the unit, went over everything, showing my husband that what we were told by the other company was not correct information. The ordered a small part and came back today and got everything taken care of in a timely manner! What would have cost us approximately $10,000.00, cost a mere $300.00. And we found out we have a warranty on the existing unit! Kudo to B & W! We will never use another company!
