When we first toured our wedding venue, we saw a wedding that was being set up that we thought was beautiful, so we asked the venue who was responsible for it. They told us it was Leah Bertoli and they had nothing but great things to say about her. We contacted Leah shortly after and began planning our wedding with her. As we met with her, she gave us a vendor list, offered a ton of decor options, and guided us along in our wedding planning. Unfortunately, due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding a year. Leah was AMAZING in helping us reschedule and even contacted all of our vendors for us. When the wedding day finally came (3 years after booking with her!) we were so thankful that we had chosen Leah. She was pretty much singlehandedly responsible for making the day perfect. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, the table settings and centerpieces looked super classy, and there really was no detail that she had missed. On top of all this, it turns out that our dessert caterer was a no-show, but Leah handled the situation so well (and even managed to find a last-minute replacement dessert) that we had no idea until she told us the next day. Leah Bertoli did a fabulous job as the day-of coordinator for our wedding. She made sure the event ran smoothly, without us having to worry about a thing. She also ran our rehearsal the day before. What was especially helpful was transferring all of the various decorations (since a lot of it was DIY) to her car so she could set up the entire venue without us having to worry about transporting them. I gave her free reign to put out the various decorations wherever she thought they should belong, and everything looked fabulous. As an added bonus, the parasols she brought were VERY helpful for guests in the 90-plus degree heat, as well as being useful as a light diffuser and prop for wedding photos of my husband and I. read more

I hired Leah to be our day-of coordinator for our Napa wedding in Sept 2009 and she did a great job! I first met Leah at a wedding expo up in Santa Rosa. Her services were in the right price range and she was very useful in helping me plan my wedding. She is very quick with email correspondence if you have questions and always calls you back promptly. I wasn't planning on using any of her other services, but I ended up hiring her to print our invitations and arrange all of our flowers. The invitations were exactly what we wanted and came out beautifully. The flowers were also beautiful and she tied my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, and groom/groomsmen boutonnieres. For the wedding itself, she arrived early and set everything up. She also provided a few wedding decorations of her own such as chinese paper lanterns, candles, and parasols. Although I didn't think so before, those extra touches really made the difference! And the whole wedding ran smoothly and she was really a big help! Leah was a life-saver. Our wedding, at Landmark Vineyards in Sonoma County, wouldn't have been as amazing as it was without her! We hired Leah for "partial" wedding coordination. However, she went above and beyond our expectations. We also hired her as our florist, which worked out perfectly. My husband and I hired Leah to be our day of wedding coordinator for our wedding earlier this October. It was easily the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. I planned my Wedding in just two months and thought I could do it all myself but as things got closer I decided that hiring a day of Wedding Planner would make the day go smooth and have a good flow. Leah Bertoli decorated the ceremony site for my wedding at Vintners Inn and did an absolutely beautiful job. I had had a particular vision in mind and using my rough sketch and different photos I selected from pinterest, she was able to create a look that was even more stunning than we had imagined. Vintners has weddings almost every week in the high season, but the staff at the hotel commented that they had never seen the ceremony site decorated in such a unique and elegant way before. Floral was one of the most frustrating aspects of wedding planning for me, as I did not want to spend thousands and thousands dollars. I had approached several florists and they completely ignored the budget I had in mind. Leah was the only one who was flexible enough to work with me and help me figure out a way for the flowers to look beautiful within what I wanted to spend. She was one of our wedding vendors who worked on our wedding initiations, seating charts, RSVP cards, etc. From the very beginning, Leah at Bertoli Bridal provided the attention that I so desperately needed at the time. I only had 8 months to plan my wedding and when I spoke with Leah I only had about 6 so needless to say time was of the essence. Leah listened to what I needed. I described to her our theme for the wedding and some of the ideas that I liked and she took notes. Within days Leah was able to produce a draft copy of the invitation that I absolutely loved. It was custom ed made for our wedding. Everything she made was custom ed made for our wedding. She even had to special order the paper!!! She then worked with the information that I had given to her in regards to the timing of the wedding and she was able to come up with the language for the invitation that was elegant and perfect. There are many ways to write a invitation given the circumstances (who's paying for the wedding etc.) and she came up with the best wording that fit our wedding. Thus, she honored our wishes (which was the case throughout the process). Leah would provide her drafts to me for review before any job started and I was never reluctant to tell her what I wanted to change. She made the changes promptly and returned the updated work before deadline. There were times that I just needed someone to listen to me as a friend who understood weddings and somehow Leah just knew and she would like me talk without saying she was busy and needed to go. Leah started helping us plan our wedding a little over a year before our June 2011 wedding date at Jacuzzi Vineyard in Sonoma, CA. I had no idea how to plan a wedding from start to finish so we really needed Leah to help us out. She was great in helping us evaluate venues and was able to provide us a list of contacts for vendors. Leah was always very prompt in answering our multiple questions and providing us information. She was often available at all times of the day - we'd sometimes even receive emails from her at 10 pm at night.
