Meagan if you notice, i got no email from you after 5/4/23. Also, you never specified how you would send the invoice. If it's venmo, zelle, cashapp, or any online orders, my yahoo account gets the invoice. As far as paypal, my hotmail gets the invoice. So if you want payment, you should probably double check how people can get their invoices and if their invoice via "paypal" can be received with that email address. Also, nothing in the email shows that you mentioned about a down payment to secure a spot. You just fell off the conversation after 5/4 and then after I reached out to you on 5/14 you stated "address and session details are given after payment has been received." Even after I secured my session, you still didn't go over any "details" or "location" like you said until I reached out again on 5/19. 2. If you are off on weekends and accommodated for a client I don't think that is something to blame the client for. That's unprofessional and poor customer service. 3. If you can communicate better there would be less of a misunderstanding. I wrote this review because I don't want someone else to fall into some trap like this and you try to justify yourself with passive aggressiveness. Again, unprofessional. . Not once have you reached out to try to fix a simple miscommunication/misunderstanding. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 4. Based on your response, it doesn't sound like you are denying that you did a poor job with our photoshoot. And when we arrived, you acted surprised that it would do a shoot with my family and my 6 month old. Again, if you go back to 5/1 in the email clearly mentioned for a family and baby shoot. Definitely not the easiest situation for any photographer. He did a beautiful job in a very short amount of time, a three hour cruise. He got all the standard wedding photos of the ceremony, and posed shots of the wedding party and friends. He then continued to shoot candid photos that were spectacular. At one point he noticed that the boat was passing under the Coronado Bay Bridge and hustled my bride and I up on deck for yet another once in a lifetime shot. Would I recommend Resolution Photography? Absolutely. At the time he was one of the most sought after wedding photographers in San Diego and in the past 9 years I'm sure he has gotten even better, if that's possible. I haven't had contact with Sean since he did our wedding, but I believe that credit should be given where due. Sean was all set up when we arrived on the boat, worked his butt off the whole time, and got the finished product to us in short order at a fair price. At that time I was 23 weeks pregnant, I reached out to her and after speaking, she provided me a very detailed follow up via email giving me some time to decide which package to select. If you're considering a swaddle session it's important to reach out to April before the birth of your baby, that way she can have you scheduled for that month (don't worry about if your little one arrives early/later than expected, my little guy arrived 3 weeks early and April quickly reworked her schedule to accommodate us.) She was thrilled that the day had turned out to be so beautiful and we spent the afternoon driving from location to location to capture the look that we wanted. It was comfortable and relaxing and Andi made both of us feel at ease. After we finished, we returned to the house, and Andi asked me a number of questions that I hadn't even considered. She asked about the other vendors and helped me pick a DJ. After her recommendation, I had no doubt and he turned out to be every bit as professional as Andi is. In a few minutes she had a schedule for our big day and indicated that she would speak to our other vendors to make sure they were on the same page. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell that she loves what she does. Although we don't get married for another two months, I can say that she has gone above and beyond my expectations and I don't think anyone could do a better job! She promised final photos within 8-10 weeks, per contract, but after responding once saying they were in the works, she completely ghosted us - No replies to calls, emails, or texts. I eventually discovered, through another bride who is now considering suing her, that I could maybe access more photos via an old preview link. This did work for me! The photos were beautiful, but the complete lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly frustrating. Despite doing the work, she never contacted or replied to me again. Sadly, it seems this is a pattern, as I learned from my wedding coordinator and other brides who have had similar experiences. While the quality of her work is great, her unprofessional behavior and repeated issues make it impossible for me to recommend her.
