I went to get a copy of my front door key - the key they cut didnt work so I went back to get it re-cut. Tony did it but it still didnt work, worse, it actually snapped off in my front door! I was locked out of my house on a freezing cold day and had to call a locksmith to get the broken key out which cost me £90. When I went back and told Tony what had happened he couldnt have been ruder and more unhelpful. You can guess, I certainly didnt get my £90 back off him! The Italian man behind the counter was so adamant that he repairs "designer" shoes all the time. HAA!! He DESTROYED my shoes. BOTH of them! The rubber soles have black spray paint all over, as well as the original red soles. My review is strictly focused on the older Italian man that works on the shoes, not any of the other workers. My beautiful heels now have to be sent to Louboutin to be fixed at an even heftier price tag than before thanks to this mans negligence!!
