The body analysis helped me understand my body composition. It may not look it to the average person looking at me on the street, but I found my neck is on the shorter side. This explained why I felt "off" when wearing turtlenecks or short necklaces. Knowing this I can choose recommended styles of tops that take the eye away from my neck and focus on other areas. I also learned my legs are my assets being they are long in relation to the rest of my body so I should emphasize that. I used to hide them.
