Visiting Vegas for the weekend with my family and my wife unexpectedly became ill and needed antibiotics. We knew the issue and thankfully she had a standing re-fill available at Walgreens. Unfortunately no Walgreens on the Strip had it in stock and it was already night. The Pharmacists (Walgreens at The Venetian) was extremely helpful and was able to locate a 24-hour Walgreens which had some (some distance away). Once he called & confirmed the order, he recommend I use RunneRz to get it for me. I immediately called RunneRz and explained the urgency, he (believe his name was Will) was very understanding. He was able to pick up the meds himself and deliver to the front of our hotel in approx. 30 minutes. Wife was already running high fever & chills by that time and those meds were a life savor!! Within the hour of taking the antibiotics life was manageable once again. Thankfully, things worked out and I wasn't forced to leave my wife and kids alone on a late night Taxi run in a foreign city. When I clicked on 5 stars in this Yelp review, the description came up as "Woohoo! As good as it gets!" That describes perfectly this first experience with RunneRZ. I contacted them through Yelp and was able to immediately speak with Will. My father is in assisted living and I am out of state. I needed someone to purchase and deliver some supplies for my dad and Will came through in a big way! My dad had his supplies the next day and we handled the payment over the phone with my receipt emailed to me right at the time. Throughout it all, will stayed in communication with me, letting me know when and how it was being handled. By the way, for what they did and how professional they are, their fees are more than fair. These guy deserve bones because I have never experienced such reliable and easy service. My boyfriend was going to vegas for a conference and I wanted to surprise him with goodies but the hotel prices for gifts were astronomical. I got in touch with runnerz the day before his arrive and two hours later they sent me a picuture of all the goods I had asked for with a very reasonable service fee. They made sure my boyfriend received the items and followed up with me to confirm. Unparalleled communication, I wish this service was available in other cities but I would highly highly recommend to anyone in the area and will certainly be using them again in the future. Michael showed some energy which I liked. Even mentioned that he would personally fill my grocery list if others weren't available. I liked that. My wife and I have been in Vegas now for going in three weeks and it has occurred to me that a lot of people working the service industry downtown and along the strip have dead eyes. Not all, the cleaning lady. Allyssa was super at Bally's. But it seemed the vast majority detested their job and would almost rather do anything else but hustle. RunnerZ, Micheal was the gentleman that exuded energy, and took pride in doing the job to the best of his ability which was more than adequate in my case. Wish I could leave 10 stars. Unparalleled customer service on all levels. If you need something in Vegas: THESE. ARE. YOUR. GUYS. I wish they were, well, pretty much every where. I called ahead (and by ahead, I mean a day or two) for an important anniversary for my husband and me to have very specific bottles of wine delivered to where we were staying the night of our arrival.
