I look like a 9 year old who's mom cut their hair on the first day of school. I notified Sara how awful my hair is and she will not compensate me at all. I gave her 200 dollars to look like this. During the installation she ended up suggesting that I had used too many hair bundles on my head in my previous installation, and that, that could look unnatural, so she suggested we use less hair. I wasn't sure but I agreed. When I left I wasn't sure how I felt about it, so I immediately contacted Cammie and expressed that to her. She said I could come back and she would fix it no problem. But after a whole day I ended up adjusting really quickly to this look and I've since received compliments on how this installation looks so much more natural then the previous installations I've had (installed by someone else). I think the thing that I liked the most was that when I wasn't sure if I felt satisfied, Cammie made it very clear that I could go back for an adjustment as quality service is her priority. I went to another salon this week and the stylist I saw could not do my hair in the way I wished due to the damage to my hair. My hair has broken in chunks and even brushing my hair it breaks in pieces. I had a treatment to restore health and was not able to even strip my colour now with a conditioning colour eraser due to a high risk of all of my hair breaking off. The stylist at divas even said to me and other clients at the time that she was taking short cuts on our hair to fit us all in in one day. She consistently used bleach to remove colour instead of a colour eraser and this caused my hair to not only become very damaged, but to be inconsistent in colour after all fading in one week. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of knowledge in this salon. Hair seems to be done with money in mind and not hair health. Do not go here if you value the health of your hair. The owner called me after posting a review and argued with me that my review wasn't valid as I waited "too long" after having my hair done to have a bad review. He talked over me and belittled me, to the point I had to get off the phone as I was feeling bullied. Do not go here.

It was nice that there is a Starbucks across the road so we could grab Starbucks before our pedicures. We were greeted at the front and 2 lovely ladies lead us back to the pedicure area. It is a small nail area, only 2 pedicure chairs but very quiet and private. I had the owner work on my feet and she was very informative and sweet. The other lady working on my friend does some AMAZING Japanese Nail art and we got a chance to look through her samples. Once I remove my artificial nails I will try her out for some great, unique shellac nails. Our pedicure was a standard pedicure, very clean. It costs $55. Most of the salons in central alberta are more on the pricier side (coming from Toronto you get used to the same pedicures but for $25) I want to try their facials there, will definitely return.
