The engraving took about an hour and they texted me when it was ready. It's easy to kill an hour in the mall, but you may want to do this first then wonder around after. Staff was friendly and kept things moving despite the busy nature of the store. Keep in mind that they'll engrave anything, even if it's not from their store.
