I was nervous taking him there after reading some of the reviews on Yelp. That being said, I couldn't be happier with the office. I'm going to assume that they may have changed office staff because I found them to be pleasant, helpful and accomodating. Same thing for the nurses/assistants who helped us out. Dr. Gold came in and looked at my son's scans and while he did speak to me on what he saw, he also took the time to sit and speak directly to my son to let him know what to expect. I freaked out when he told me that he was going to take all 7 at once. The day of the procedure, I freaked again when I found out I wouldn't be able to be in the room during the procedure. However, when Dr. Gold came in, he immediately put my fears to rest when he assured me he would talk my son through the whole thing and keep him informed of everything he was doing. 20 mins later, I was back in the room and my son was doing great. My son told me that Dr. Gold kept talking to him through out the whole thing and made jokes. Dr. Gold even called the next day to see how my son was doing and to make sure all was good! However, Dr. Peters made a mistake toward the end of my treatment that has resulted in chronic pain and added expense: she chipped the side of one of my molars while trying to grind down an Invisalign "button". This later led to infection, periodontal disease and subsequent bone loss. I have to see a periodontist now to fix the problem. The pain has become unbearable. I gave Dr. Peters-Schuster an opportunity to own up to her mistake (we're all human after all), but she chose to deny any wrongdoing. When I confronted her she said flatly that the tooth I alleged her of chipping never had an Invisalign button on it. This is a lie... and I have the original Invisalign aligners to prove it. Do not let Dr. Peters' affable nature fool you. Her character is dubious. If I had been in her shoes I would have admitted to making a mistake. I would NOT choose a dentist with poor character, and neither should you.

When he does the numbing shot for a deep filling he has magic hands, I swear I don't feel the pinch at all. I recommend him to all of my friends and family. They both analyzed my records and symptoms and suggested I wait until making a decision on whether any invasive procedure is necessary. They provided treatment to ease my symptoms and discomfort in the meantime. I've been to a chop shop dentist office before that is just looking to make money instead of actually treating the patient. I would highly recommend this office if you want an ethically sound opinion on your medical condition, whether it's tension headaches, gum or tooth pain, tooth extraction, or jaw pain.
