This review is long overdue. Best auto is no longer limited to tinting, they do tires, suspension & much more ! I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive. This place is one the best & most efficient & best of all HONEST places I can recommend. So glad they are expanding their business for more service options! I still owe them an awesome review for the suspension work they did on my son's car. Thank you Best Auto read more

I was driving down Mooney, and a huge rock flew out of nowhere and hit my windshield. I immediately called Best Auto Glass and they told me just come in. The star was big, silver dollar size. The gentleman who helped me said he'd have his best technician work on it. And he fixed it. They also pointed out a little tiny star on the right hand side of the windshield and fix that too for a reduced price. The shop was clean. Everybody was friendly and I felt like they charged an honest price. read more

Offer a great price compared to some others, great work and very personable customer care. Would use again.

Very attentive and honest guys. I used them for my wife's tint job on her Mazda. I DM'ed them via IG and they were very courteous and answered all my questions even the stupid ones. Got me all scheduled in and actually had her car ready rather quickly. I loved that they didn't try to be pushy with the upsells, but rather informative on why the higher priced items were belter. read more

Andrea was so helpful and understanding of my situation today. God bless this business. I was really between a rock and a hard place and they went over and above. It's really comforting to know there are still good people in Visalia doing helpful deeds for people. Definitely recommend this company. They do business old school. Thanks again. read more

Recommend by my insurance agent to replace windshield on my 2001 Dodge Cummins Quad Cab. I waited in customer lounge. However they quickly informed me that although they had the windshield in stock, they didn't have the rubber windshield grommet in stock but would get it delivered by early afternoon. They were very apologetic and would give me a 50% discount for the inconvenience. I went back later that day for the install and it went well however when I got back up the hill I noticed the window washer spray wasn't working and a piece of under hood weather strip was missing. I called and said I'd come by the next time I went to town. Pulled in a week later and the manager Jose pulled the truck right into the shop and quickly diagnosed the problem of a disconnected washer fluid line. They also installed another under hood weather strip that was actually in better shape than the original. They took responsibility and made it right. Good people and honest about it. Yes I had to make a second trip but the discount was awesome. I'll use Best Auto Glass & Tint again and I'd recommend to friends thevanimal3r read more

Was in pinch to find someone who could fix my window one weekend (husband broke the driver side window and it wouldn't roll up anymore) and couldn't leave my vehicle out due to the amount of thief that's happening in my area. I came across this place online. Had my husband call them and they were happy to check that day. We drove there, met the guy, and got it fix under an hour for $246.00 which isn't bad (other places were asking for $400-$500). The worker who fix our window was very thorough and showed us what he done (showed us what he replaced and give us a comparison between the old part and new) before closing up the car. He even inform us a few wire addons my parents done to the car which is nice because it showed us that he's pretty knowledgeable on what he's doing. The place is pretty impressive. It's clean and quite sharp. There's a coffee maker you can use and comfortable seats where you can see the workers fix the vehicles as you wait. They are also bilingual (Spanish). They're pretty fair, patience, and explain things well. One thing I will say is that it did took some time for them to pick up the phone/talk to in person due to how busy they are so waiting can be a bit of a pain but I find it worth it because they get the job done right. Since I took my car in last year, I never had problems with my window again. Worth the money and time! read more

Definitely recommend! Called to get a quote over the phone which was within $30 of the actual price. They were able to schedule me the same week and finished my sedan in an hour and a half. I got the ceramic and it looks great! I appreciated that they were upfront about what is legal and everyone I met with and spoke with took time to explain to me my options. I also love that I now have a "lifetime warranty on my tint should anything happen no questions asked." read more

I love these guys/girls! Jesus is always quick to reply and has the best prices. I needed a new windshield for a Lexus CT200h and they had a technician come out within a couple of days to install the new one. The only reason why they couldn't do it right away is because they needed to order the glass. I also had them recently install Ceramic Tint in my BMW 540i. Again, I made an appt with Jesus through Yelp. I had my car tinted the next business day! They even called me to make note of any damages they saw on my car before starting the work. That showed me honesty and integrity! I will only be using their services from now on. I might even try their tire shop when the time comes. read more

As with another recent review I am subject to an issue with my tint and apparently they transferred their computer system over and failed to keep track of their records of clients before their switch. To translate, that means there is no proof of purchase so I'm basically screwed if I don't have a receipt! After telling the owner I would not be back (after being a loyal customer and spending thousands over years of bringing cars there) and walking out on him - he offered to do the job for me, but did say if it was a scratch in the window, not the tint I would have to pay to replace the film. Their technology not working is their problem, not mine. They should think of these things when messing with their technology. For this reason I'm not going to give them the opportunity to make this right because I shouldn't have to pay to replace a film with a warranty, period. Not to mention they get paid by the tint company for defects so they aren't out a dime anyway. They make more than enough money on new tints to not be prioritizing loyal customers. A problem with a customer is a business's biggest opportunity and they have failed at that opportunity. read more

So the service I requested was a full tint on my 2020 Nissan Altima. Spoke with the owner directly and he advised me regarding the different types of film they use and recommended the ceramic film (top-of-the-line). He was kind enough to review the different options and showed me samples. I was sold once I saw and read the benefits of the ceramic film. The job was handled by his son, JR, who did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend their services to anyone without a doubt they will get the job done right and for a great price! read more

Fast service and great quality!!! Two weeks out and not one bubble! Will always use this place for future tint!

I had all my windows tinted and my windshield replaced at this location and I had great service both times. They always communicate very well and are always kind over the phone and in office. Both of the times I dropped my car off, they were finished in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for a good tint. They did a beautiful job! read more

I really am pleased with Best Auto Glass & Window Tint. They were professional and transformed my 1996 Dodge Ram pickup into a sexy beast. I needed a replacement windshield for my wife's Lexus. Decided to call best glass to ask about finding an OEM glass as Safelite claimed for two months they could not find one. Within one hour Jesus called me back and said he could have the windshield in his shop in two days. Not only were they ready for the install in two days, they picked up the car and returned the same day. Talk about great service. Thanks to Jesus and all the staff there. read more

Great service. Called ahead for pricing and they offered it right then and there. Was able to make an appointment and they were able to see me same week. The only thing was that I had to take it back a second day as the windshield was not in, I wish they would've called before instead of having me drive down and wait but that was a minor deal. On their glass they offer a lifetime warranty which I think is great! Would def go back and reccomend. read more

They were honest and fair with their pricing and the tint they installed looks great.

Also, I forgot to mentioned, when I brought one of the same car back to get the sunroof tinted, they gave me back the car with dirty water stains all around my sunroof interior.
