Had an appointment to replace my cracked windshield on 10/8/22 at 3pm. I drove from Reedley to Visalia hoping to get my cracked windshield fixed, I arrived to my appointment at 2:50. I was told by a man there that another employee ordered the wrong one. Which I understood mistakes happened, after speaking with that man he offered to come to my house and replace it for the same price, we exchanged information and I accepted his offer and he never came nor answered my calls. Very unprofessional and unless they have your window in stock and are able to do same day service I wouldn't recommend making any appointments with them. read more

Talk about a high quality service!!! I reached out to All City Glass about a windshield replacement, and they quoted me $150 less than three other places I asked at. When I arrived they started work immediately and I was out the door 30 minutes later. Homer did a great job on my tint and was able to do it for a good price. Good quality and I am completely satisfied with his work. He was recommended by a friend who has good tint on his cars. I have no bubbles on the tint whatsoever and the ceramic part of the tint works very well. Highly recommend his work. I highly recommend this place! The heat had cracked my windshield straight across, I called just about every place in the area for quotes and they gave me the best price. Other places tried to talk down on them and made it seem like they dont know what they're doing but they offered lifetime warranty and did a really good job. They had my car ready in about an hour. So it's been about a week since I replaced the back window to my Toyota Prius. I also got my windows tinted. So far, I haven't had any issue. I don't see bubbles or hear anything wrong with the replaced window. I have to say I was pretty skeptical of this small auto glass repair shop in downtown Visalia. It was a inconvenience that I had to drive from Fresno to Visalia already, but I have to say I am very satisfied with my service. Long story short, my car was broken into in downtown Fresno on Saturday evening. On Sunday, I called and inquired about window repair and tinting services to a couple of places through yelp. And All City's was one of the first few businesses to respond. I decided to give this place a try especially because they would price match another quote I received from another auto glass repair shop. Plus, they quoted me a great price for tinting as well (check out my before and after photos). I drove to Visalia on Monday (thank goodness it was a 3 day weekend for me) to get my glass replaced in the afternoon. The owner/mgr said he can finish replacing the window and getting them tinted in a couple of hours. He went just a little over his time when he completed the job, but I have to say I was pretty impressed because I didn't think he was going to finish at all. Boy, was I wrong. Overall, I had a great experience, service was quick and well beyond expectations, and price was competitive. I would definitely recommend this shop. read more

So I bought a used van for my business and the windshield had a lot of air noise coming around the edges while going down the freeway. The window wasn't broken but I know the seal was bad. I gave All-City a call around 10 AM on a weekday and by 12noon he showed up got it done and I was good to go grab some lunch. They did a great job & had good customer service. I hope I never have to see him again because that'll mean I have a broken windshield but if I do All City Glass Will be my first choice. read more

went To get my windshield fixed, took so many appts to actually get it done, they charged me for the glass when they ordered the wrong one then charged me more for the right one. they rescheduled my appt more than 6 times and wouldnt answer Most of the time. DONT go to this place if you have a newer car!! they don't know how to recalibrate the windshield to the car, they mest up my car and tried to charge me more for it. Today (7/29/2019) I called All City's Auto Glass to replace my Audi A3's left hand back window. I spoke with a man at 7:30am, explaining that I was in need of an "Audi A3" glass window. He takes a couple a minutes to look on his computer/ through inventory to find the glass. He tells me that he has a new window for $100.00, and that it will be at his shop at about 11am. 11am comes and goes. So I called twice at 2pm, leaving a message for him to call me back on the second attempt. Once again, no response. I then call at 4:10pm once with no answer. I call immediately a second time, and finally he answers. I ask him about the Audi A3 glass. He seems to not know what I was speaking of at first, and then remembers, telling me that he has had it and he forgot all about it and didn't call me because of it. Strike one. This is very disappointing, as I have adjusted my whole day away from work and other obligation to get this resolved. I then meet him at his shop at about 4:30pm. He then tells me that he decided to order a more expensive glass. He did not give me the option or contact me about this change. Strike two. He pulls the glass out to show me. It is a glass window for an Audi A4, and then explains it looks like an exact fit. Strike 3. I specifically communicated with him that I needed an Audi A3 glass window. It's my only car and I've had it for years. I would not make a mistake of telling him I needed an A4 glass window. I then tell him that is the wrong glass. I did my due diligence and I know what it should look like, as well as the OEM part number. He goes to the rear of my car to check the Model Emblem which clearly says, "A3". He seems puzzled and then offers to order the correct window. At that point I refuse his services. As I drive out of his garage he makes a smart remark to his tinting partner that I told him it was an "A4"--as if I would not here what he said. Strike 4. I pulled my car back and corrected him--asserting that I Explicitly stated that I was in need of an Audi A3 left hand rear glass for a 2008 Hatchback. I then left the establishment. Given my experience with All City's Auto Glass, I cannot think to recommending their services to anyone. They seem to lack interpersonal communication skills and professional practices. I was only picking up the glass. I was going to install it myself. I can only hope that the carelessness does not bleed into their workmanship. Be advised when deciding to choose this company for their services. I am extremely displeased with my experience today. read more

Gardena Auto Glass is the TRUTH!! My car was broken into over the weekend and I needed to replace a front passenger window ASAP. GAG helped ya girl out with no problem! Of all the places I called, they were one of the few that called back and had exceptional communication as the service was about to be rendered. Steve is the man! After calling a few local repairers about the deep scratch on my rear windshield, I took my chances with a company that has no review. Mind you, the last two repairers have a 4.5 and 5.0 star rating, respectively. Either they were condescending or just didn't want to take on a "small" job. Steve is very accommodating. I had a small window to have this taken care of and he made it happened. I am overall impress with his work and customer service. After the post examination, I noticed a faint scratch that was visible and he happily took care of it. Not a single attitude. He quoted me $60 but I just have him $70 for his humble personality and great work. I highly recommend Steve to those who needs to have some work done to their windshield. read more

This review is to warn you of a possibility that they will screw you like me I have a 2020 Honda Civic I asked for a new windshield paid $400 for it and they change it out give my car back in a worst condition I told him all my lights were on and he said "drive it for a week they will turn off" so I did. They never turned off called him back and told him the situation and he said "oh yes I had forgot to tell you about getting your window recalibrated to your car so it's going to be a little more" I was annoyed already but did what they said I didn't get charged for the recalibration and they sent it to someone else to do it and when I got my car back still all lights were still on. Turns out the window was defective the whole time so I finally said forget these guys I'm going somewhere else and now my car is in great condition thanks to BEST AUTO GLASS & TINT. So then I called Steven to see if I can get my money back he said "yes as soon as I get the window, you will have to wait 3-5 days for your money back." So I go a week later and he's only going to give me $250 back because i returned the defective window late but yet none of this is my doing it was his job to make sure I get My car back in better condition. I told him how I felt and he just laughed in my face when I said will go through court so it is what it is. Overall I'm just putting this out there so no one can go through this like I did. Definitely do NOT recommend this place these men don't really care about there customers. read more
