We met with the owner, Cindy Wold assured us that Panzer would be welcomed and that she would work with him. She was very knowledgeable in dog behavior and within 1 week she had him join the other dogs and worked wonders with his leash training. We had been using a harness on him to control him on walks but now we have him on a regular leash. The facility, A Dog's Life is clean, spacious and well ventilated. I late spoke to store mgr. when I was refused a second time grooming. store mgr. stated new policy although my dog was groomed there in Feb. and has been going there since 2018. My groomer recently left. On Wed. May 21,2025 I again attempted to use their walk in option for a nail trim for my dog. I arrived at 5pm and they have a walk in policy for a Yappy hour nail trim from 2-6pm there were 3 employees there and none were grooming a dog. I was told no one could help me.............What is this salon doing? There is NO service there........what a shame that it has become a no service salon. I would not ever recommend this place---they say they have new management??? well it's certainly needs a lesson in customer service.

This is found in the refrigerator section and for a two pound roll it costs $13.99. I go through a two pound roll every week or so. My dog is EXTREMELY picky and this is the ONLY food she will eat. I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying to find something healthy that she wouldn't turn her nose up at. PetSmart is the only store I've found to carry this brand. What I love about Vitals Beef and Bison is it's QUALITY QUALITY QUALITY. The ingredients are AMAZING. No filler, No!nitrates!!! They also have other recipes Pre cut or in a roll for dogs and cats. I would suggest downloading the PetSmart app. I use it to search locations and then to check the stores stock. You also earn points on every purchase that can be applied at checkout. I find the employees are always willing to answer questions and pleasant to deal with. This time was no exception.

Marc with Bark Busters and his program was amazing with our dog Niko!! Niko has always been a sweet…read moredog but has had numerous behavior problems with recognizing us as the leaders of the house. Especially when it came to disciplining him when he was bad and he would just growl at us and snap his teeth in defiance. After a few hours with Marc, Niko instantly improved on being walked with a leash and not walking ahead, also being called to sit next to me and not move. These exercises and more condition the dog to recognize our alpha position over him. What's more, last night he jumped on the couch after he had a bath and laid on there (full knowing that was bad) and I got on his case and disciplined him like I usually do. But this time....NO growing back or snapping his teeth! We didn't even train that part with him but he KNEW where his place was and he just sat there and listened. My wife and I couldn't believe it! Marc and his program has worked beyond our expectations and know he will be able to further train him in other areas using this system. And we know we can rely on Marc coming over to help us again if we ever need the help. Very much worth the money! Thank you again!!

Our dogs, Linus and Mack, were struggling with leash pulling and reactivity, and walks were becoming a daily challenge. Orlando was calm, professional, and incredibly effective. He gave us simple, practical tools that worked immediately. By the end of the session, both dogs were more responsive and easier to walk.
