She provided a very fair estimate and samples but my budget was so small it was still to much to spend on a property I was improving to sell. Julee gave me an estimate to stretch and repair the carpet for a quarter of what it would have cost to replace. She provided numerous alternatives to replacing the carpet and seemed to have ample experience helping individuals with these issues. They did a great job but there were a couple of spots that needed attention after we cleaned the carpet. Julee came again to inspect the issue and sent a technician out to make the additional repairs (without additional fees). It looked so good and 100 times better than before the stretching. Julee responded quickly and efficiently to my emails, calls and texts. She was professional and assured me they would do whatever it took to make me happy. They seem to have a limited selection of carpet on the website but still plenty of options to chose from and the savings is substantial. We contracted with this company to complete a simple project of finishing the stairs to our…read morebasement as well as removing the carpet on the stairs from our main level in our home to the second level of our home and finishing them as well. All with the same existing product (an LVP) already installed on the main floor of our home. The owner, Tiffany, came out and took measurements for the free quote and found the product we needed. On install day, the workers informed us the product we had already paid for (about $1,800.00) was not made to fit the stairs we had. We were given the option to modify each stair (both significantly increasing the labor cost and making them out of code) or find a different product. Then we were informed that there was no way to return the already purchased product as it was no longer produced. Tiffany came to our home, took measurements of what we needed, had us order product that would not fit, and then basically told us we were out the money. There was absolutely no explanation or negotiation and from the onset and I have yet to be able to communicate our frustration with her since she does not call me directly (she communicates through our contractor), her voicemail is full, and she does not respond to text messages. Instead of understanding the product limitations before having us order it, Tiffany blindly chose a product that was useless given the measurements she showed up in person to make. Then, instead of helping us find a suitable compensation other than throwing away money, she left us out to dry and basically told us we were SOL without communicating it. It has been the worst consumer experience I have ever experienced and I have had some difficulties in the past. I have nothing but good things to say about Tiffany's workers as they were respectful and obviously frustrated with their employer's mistake. Now I am stuck with unfinished stairs and unusable product taking up space in my garage.

I got such a run around and lots of " don't know if this is possible" nonsense. I got exactly what I wanted. Did not have to settle on any feature. I highly recommend Blinds Corners & Curves. Needed the windows cleaned badly on a new construction home that had never had them done. Would recommend getting your windows cleaned if you have never had them done as it makes a big difference on how your house looks and how you see the world thru them.

I will start off by saying this house we just moved into has crappy old windows with crappy old…read morestorm windows covering them. Because they were so bad, the owners hadn't cleaned them in years, hence hiring Paul to do ours. As a result of the cleaning, we came away with two broken storm windows. The first was not his fault, it broke while being taken out. The second window, however, was much smaller and easier to handle. It was removed from the frame, placed on the ground, moved inside (cleaning was then delayed a couple of days) relocated inside, brought out to Paul to clean, successfully cleaned, then after the cleaning was completed was not handled carefully as it needed to be, and the outer frame broke on it causing the glass to fall out and break. A crappy window? Yes. Should have broken? No. Handling with two hands would have prevented that. I paid for the first window (including the $175 labor charge) and only asked to be reimbursed for the second labor charge, glass, and parts ($82ish) and was denied that claim. So I am eating that cost. The other issues I had were that Paul tracked mud into the house, had to clean it off of the carpets, floors, and our bathmat in one bathroom (white) had to be bleached a couple of times to get the mud stains out. Also, the tracks to windows were vacuumed out, but not really cleaned. Also meant that we had to go back and clean all of the window sills of the dirt that was left behind. It was a tough job, and the windows that were cleaned were done really well. I'm not gong to write a one star review because I understand the difficulty level with this one. But especially the mud and window sill clean up were frustrating.
