When I called the owner to tell her she didn't seem to care and said she'd have to speak with him and then she and her husband came over wanting to adjust them only to make more holes (damage), no apologies no nothing except she hands me $10 saying I over paid, are you kidding me. I do not recommend this business whatsoever. Not to mention they use white clips that hang down in the back of the blind that can be seen from outside, tacky. She doesn't disclose everything she should have. I should have made them take them down and give me a refund.

It felt like I was treated not as a customer to be helped, but as a dad they could take advantage of, simply trying to make his daughter happy.
