Their wax stock was impressive and cheaper than when I shopped at the Dundee location. I will be back for more stock in a few months and happy that I still have a good source to go to where I can smell the new scents in person . Horrible customer service with lack of policy explanation, and comprehension. We WERE a…read morelongstanding wholesale customer with swan creek, bought in excess, and didn't purchase for a few years while we went through our stock. Debbie Duke informed us that they run on territory and because ONE other store in town, holds their candles, we are no longer allowed to purchase wholesale? The other store in question started buying AFTER we already held an account for multiple years (or held territory, in debbies words) So we held the territory, according to Debbie and then they backdoored us with selling to a different business within said territory. After asking for clarification on said policy, she said that we had two years after our last purchase date before we are classified as a new wholesale business. After the two years the territory is no longer allocated to us. We never recieved notification that if we didn't purchase by a certain date we would loose access to buying wholesale. So not only did they blindside us by not notifying our business of the potential loss in wholesale status/territory, they did it quietly, set up another account in the same town, our territory, and then when we went to order more we were struck with "we have a better customer already in your town" WHAT!? It appears they just stick with whatever company purchases more and screws the other small busineses which to that is contradicting especially if they claim to hold territory and respect to the other businesses sales. They didn't do it for us. They didn't hold territory for us, nor were we notified of the impending loss of wholesale status PRIOR to THEM taking on another store within our territory. Extremely disappointed. I won't even get into the WHOLE attitude from the front desk receptionist and Debbie herself. While I can understand the sass and attitude from minimum effort workers, I am blessed with backgrounds in law, customer service and psychology to understand that people just have weird days. Hopefully Debbie gives me a call back, with a better attitude and her listening ears working. I am an online retailer. I discovered Minor Creations a little over 2 1/2 years ago. I have always…read morethought of them as friendly, professional and helpful. Recently, though this has all changed. Not only are they rude but very unprofessional. I was updating images of their items on my website and was annoyed that they did not have the pictures for these new items available. I emailed the webmaster, Justin, who explained that he started his own business and was not at Minor Creations very much anymore. He promised to have them update and on the site available to me by the end of the week. I checked back several times the following week and they were still not up. I emailed him a few times and received no response. Several months later I noticed the pictures were finally posted however they discontinued the styles. I had a lady who wanted to buy a few of the outfits from the my description but did not want to actually purchase them until she could at least see a picture. So I lost a potential $100+ sale. When Minor Creations appeared as an exhibitor at the ILS, I was excited to introduce my new partner to Minor Creations. I bragged about how wonderful they were and how helpful the staff was. I was disappointed the first day when we were ignored but I blamed it on being the first day of the show and they were making sure everything was good to go... the next day we returned and was ignored again. Robin, my rep was busy with a customer. My partner and I browsed their samples while we waited. The another sales rep returned to the booth and asked if we needed help, I asked for a catalog and the girl got one, but before she made her way 'all' the way back from the other side of the HUGE booth (that is sarcasm if you couldn't tell) right before she handed it too me, she turn her back to me and joined in Robin's conversation with her customer. We stood there for another 5 minutes and still hadn't been given the catalog. Finally we got tired of listening to the group crack up laughing and talk about what sounded like stuff unrelated to business and walked away.... So I gave them one last chance. I emailed them to see if we could work a deal for my upcoming 'fun party.' Most of the clothes I list on my website is from Minor Creations and the rest of the items are from another company. Minor creations does not offer drop shipping like my other supplier so I wanted to discuss what we could work out. I have emailed every address listed on the companies website, including both owners and still have not gotten a response from anyone. My first email went out the last week of May. I do not know what happened to the company, as I said I used to love them but now I refuse to use them, there is no excuse for the way they have treated me. After not hearing back from them, I removed all their products from my site and found another company with similar styles. The new company is even cheaper than Minor Creations and they do offer drop shipping! So if you don't mind posting products without pictures until the items are no longer available, like to be ignored and don't care if any of your questions are ever answered, Minor Creations is perfect for you. If you are a normal person expect better customer service than this then don't waste your time with Minor Creation!
