I like this tobacco shop. They have a good selection of products including cigars and pipe tobacco. I stopped in here a few times during a couple of my business trips (as I didn't wanna stuff one of my nice pipes into my carry-on and risk damaging it). Their staff has always been friendly and super helpful for me. The thing that always strikes me as neat is the smoking area. Being from Utah where the clean air act does not allow smoking at all in buildings, this seems like a nice, relaxing atmosphere to sit, smoke a cigar, get out of the cold, and chat for a bit. I'll definitely be stopping in on my next trip to Lansing. read more

The manager, Brian, is rude! I've had several unfortunate incidences with him and I'm done. In the past I was able to contact the person directly over him and I thought the issues were over. I was wrong. Apparently she very recently retired right before this most recent incident that happened this week. Out of the blue he was asking me how I got his bosses number and then asked where I worked. In appropriate questions, especially the second one, so I left. I finally got a hold of his new boss and after I explained my history of issues with this manager, he said that he would only talk to him because this is the first incident that this manager did since he became his boss. Unacceptable! I'm not going any Wild Bill locations again. I've found another local e-cig supplier where the prices and selection are just as good, but with superior customer service. read more

Full disclosure, I have a cigar locker here and VIP membership. The public and private lounges are great places to hang out and enjoy a cigar. Prices are fantastic. The membership lounge has free drinks and snacks. Both lounges have free coffee. The manager Brian is a great guy and the regular staff are all very friendly. If I had any complaint it's waiting for all the e-cigarette people coming in for free tech support to get out of my way. read more

I was sold and inferior product for a specific use, I was advised the product would receive 14-day return in-house. When I brought the product back only five days later I was advised that the 14 days would not be honored because the product was used for its specific intended purpose. Without having used the product for its specific intended purpose there was no way to determine that the product was inferior, nor was there any way to discover that it would fail in short order. I purchased this product on recommendation from an employee. I feel as though I was misled. read more

Wild Bills is not a chain as you might think of chains. I bought Vape Kit at a Wild Bills in Oxford Michigan while visiting my son. I live in St Clair Shores Michigan and on the way home I realized that the black tip was missing... stopped by the Wild Bills in St Clair Shores and they tried to sell me a new tip... sell me? Yep for 5 bucks on a 2 day old Kit... they do not work with each other and they told me to get service I had to to back to Oxford... what a freaking joke. Stay away from this place... This place garbage. They don't care about the customer at all. They are happy to sell to you but if you have a problem with one of their products they literally give no effort to help. I spent 20$ on a defective bottle that IMMEDIATELY exploded on me when I first tried filling up. Lost half the bottle right away. I asked for a replacement but received a response of "absolutely not." After I asked a few times they finally gave me a smaller bottle of different juice, which was seriously TERRIBLE! If they were worried about losing 3$ by giving me a free bottle, they are now losing about $100 or so because I never want to go there again. read more

Awful business run by awful and rude people. Know people who have worked there and they were allowed no breaks during 8 hour days. All other employees I've had contact with are extremely rude and pushy. Try to force you to buy items you weren't there for or have no need for. I don't smoke tobacco products and I went there for some vape material and everything they sell for vaping is complete garbage. Don't believe them if they say an item is authentic cause it most likely isn't and any of the clones they have are the lowest of low end clones. Forget about asking them questions too because their whole motto there is get the customers in and out as fast as possible. I bought a couple vaps a few days ago and it started popping in my wifes face,so I took it back and was told they would not refund it(Not even open 1 of them)at all or exchange.I asked why does it say 7 days on the receipt and was told for factory defect only.So I said in other words it would have to blow up in her face to warranty it.WOW!!! Constantly ripping me off one e-cig accessories and juice. Everything is way over priced. I asked for a new wick for my tank and they proceed to give me the wrong style. When I asked about this they said it was "the new style" and would "be the best" for my e-cig. 4 hours later that wick was burnt. I told them about this and instead of admitting they were in the wrong and exchanging for the correct wick they tried to sell me the SAME style for 10 minutes! I've had problems with the store in Kalamazoo and now this one. Kalamazoo Vapor is 10x better quality, service, and prices. read more

I went into Wild Bills tobacco shop on west Saginaw the other day to purchase a sub ohm coil for my vaporizer, they then told me they were out and they would be receiving them tomorrow, no biggie. I then returned the next day to purchase the same thing, and when I put the coil in my tank I noticed it was not the sub ohm coil I had PAID for. I called to explain that there had been a mistake and they sold me the wrong product, they then told me all sales are final and I could not get refunded for the coil. That being said, I have been a loyal customer for years, but because I had to make two special trips for the same thing and they still sold me the wrong one, I will no longer give them my business. From here on out I will be paying less, and not have to drive anywhere, because I will be ordering all my vaping need from the Internet. read more
