cheap glass, overpriced, bought a $10 bowl used one time and it broke when i was clearing it. I used a torch so maybe i got it too hot but still very low quality . I understand the no return policy on used products but will probably stick to ordering $1 bowls from amazon. like to support local business but can get better and cheaper elsewhere. read more

This was my first time here...Oct 2014. I have to say I was very happy with my visit! I quit smoking cigarettes 3 years ago and switched to ensure cigs . I came here on the recommendation of my sister who had a very good experience shopping here. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. They know their products well and really cared that they were matching me with what I was needing. They even kept me from over spending AND helpful with guiding me towards lower nicotine vapor products. I purchase all my CBD products there bc they have a 25% discount on Wednesdays. They also have great deals on kratom and have tons of strains and brands to choose from. I went and was looking for a new vape pen. I loved the yocan I got there about a yr ago and needed new coils for that so I wanted to check out something new for concentrates. I saw they had the Dr Dabber but it was a bit much to buy the kid and the battery for it. The girl there pointed out the Cali Vapes portable enail. I was so stoked! They tested it out for me showed me what to put it on. It comes with no contact info and very little instructions plus learning about the battery as well she taught me what I needed. Yes I was informed of the 72 hr return policy but that it has a manufacturer warranty on it.5 days later I set it up and the battery and enail wouldn't connect. I took it in and 2 people looked at it and this was the conclusion. They told me to email Cali Vapes explain the issue and they will see about replacing it cause we were all pretty sure it was a manufacturer issue. Well now there's no email or website. I ask the owner to help me find the accurate email info or website and he hasn't reached out to give me any info but I still can't take it back. I'm out 50 bucks and have a mod box now I don't need. I can use it on my eveolve but don't need it. So I urge you not to buy any vapor pens or spacifically Cali Vapes equipment. The ejuice has a separate website which is not affiliated with this cheap junk I wasted my money on that now sits collecting dust. I'm out 100 bucks and half of it I can't do anything about there's no paper work and it just seems funny smokey Joe's can keep this product and sell it but not know the actual website not include proper paperwork inside for a manufacturer warranty. The mod box at least has that but that's not Cali Vapes. I urge customers to stick with tobacco products and ejuice nothing electronic unless you see proper paperwork inside because smokey Joe's won't help you after 72 hrs. read more
