    Good customer service, decent selection of items. I do like their Geek Squad department. The couple of times I've taken my laptop , I have truly comed out a happy camper. With the pandemic, they have taken all measures to ensure safety.

    Hello, thank you for your attention. This is to file a complaint for consumer abuse at the Best Buy store. 10760 NW 17th St, Miami, FL 33172 Today, June 14, 2025, where I went to buy an Amazon Firestick 4k and when I was about to pay I realized that in front of the Xajas aisle they had more than 4k but at a cheaper price and I decided to take 3 to buy them, when I was registering I noticed that the price was not the same as the one offered by the display, so I informed the cashier and when I consulted he told me that he was not authorized to respect the price, that it was a mistake. I asked to call the manager, and Carlos came. I explained the situation to him in detail. He told me there was nothing he could do because they were experiencing nationwide problems with price gouging, and that he wouldn't match the price because each Best Buy store is independent of its own discretion. I told him I have consumer rights and that it's not my fault that you, as a prestigious store, have these problems that customers shouldn't be aware of and that can harm you with incorrect pricing information or incorrect item placement. I repeatedly asked him to please let me keep the price I was offering, but Carlos defiantly said no. I asked for his phone number, and he gave it to me in a sarcastic tone, saying, "Call all you want!" I called customer service, where they gave me this email. Amidst my dismay, frustration, and feeling discriminated against as a buyer and that my rights had been violated, I hope you'll help me. I'm sending you photos of proof that my previous story is true. Thank you for your time. I hope to purchase the items at the offered price. I hope Manager Carlos respects the buyers.     One star goes to one employee and I challenge management to review footage of Julian (spelling?). I came in twice on the same Saturday for a TV. He never once cared to offer help and I went up to him to ask questions. The rest of the time he would walk to other departments to talk to employees or dodge customers. Is that his job, skating work? As for the rest of the employees and store they get 4-stars. Thanks Steven (spelling?)

    I came here looking for the Apple Watch series 6. I kept looking for the (GPS and Cellular) one without fully understanding the specs of the watch. Dominic took the time to explain to me the specs for each and made me realize I didnt need the Cellular one, I was just confused about the specs of that watch. I ended up buying the watch and the airpods pro. Not only did I leave with my stuff but also with knowledge on what I actually bought.

    I came to this store to do an exchange for a product that I ordered from BestBuy.com but it arrived damaged from shipping, since it was my first time coming to the Best Buy in Doral I figured that I would look around to see how it differs from the other Best Buy stores that ive been to so far. I was pleasantly surprised that this Best Buy store had so many cool things in the movies section like the George Carlin Commemorative Collection (which I didnt even know existed), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Complete Collection), Teen Titans Live Action (I didnt even know this existed), Duck Tales 10 disc set!, and some Best Buy exclusive movies with cool little trinkets inside the box like bobbleheads or figures. The video games section was also really neatly organized, I love how they put the games on the shelf sideways so that you can see the names of the titles that they have in stock without having to move all the video games around or search for hidden games behind other games. I love how Best Buy Doral has a clearance and bargain section for Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch titles which is something I didnt see much in the other Best Buy's, usually the other stores only put Xbox or Playstation games on clearance or the bargain bin. Best Buy Doral also seems to have more respect for the condition that the customers receive products too because at Best Buy Hialeah you often see all the $20 video game titles and bargain bin stuff tossed in these circular bins that look like garbage bins with a bunch of movies and video games randomly thrown inside (which could all have loose disc or scratched disc from improper storage and handling) but not in Best Buy Doral, here all the bargain stuff was neatly organized. The Best Buy in Doral also has a huge selection of toys but that might be because its December and Christmas is around the corner.

My first appliance purchase from then was in 1989. They had competitive prices and were very knowledgeable about their products. I just remodeled my kitchen and purchased all the appliances from them after comparing what I wanted with Scott Appliance and the well known national chains. Scott's had the best deal. Then they held appliances for over two months due to my contractor delays at no charge. Mark Scott delivered and installed. There were still cabinet construction problems. He fixed them at no additional cost. They are all very helpful and look after their customers. Btw, found out Mark used to build custom cabinets and really knew what to do to correct the installation problems.

    Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.
