I just walked out of the store after waiting to buy an apple watch then being told I needed to be put on a list in order to buy the watch all while there were only a handful of customers in the entire store. This is to file a complaint for consumer abuse at the Best Buy store. 10760 NW 17th St, Miami, FL 33172 Today, June 14, 2025, where I went to buy an Amazon Firestick 4k and when I was about to pay I realized that in front of the Xajas aisle they had more than 4k but at a cheaper price and I decided to take 3 to buy them, when I was registering I noticed that the price was not the same as the one offered by the display, so I informed the cashier and when I consulted he told me that he was not authorized to respect the price, that it was a mistake. I asked to call the manager, and Carlos came. I explained the situation to him in detail. He told me there was nothing he could do because they were experiencing nationwide problems with price gouging, and that he wouldn't match the price because each Best Buy store is independent of its own discretion. I told him I have consumer rights and that it's not my fault that you, as a prestigious store, have these problems that customers shouldn't be aware of and that can harm you with incorrect pricing information or incorrect item placement. I repeatedly asked him to please let me keep the price I was offering, but Carlos defiantly said no. I asked for his phone number, and he gave it to me in a sarcastic tone, saying, "Call all you want!" I called customer service, where they gave me this email. In the past, I didn't like shopping at Best Buy because I thought they were expensive. In recent years, however, I've found Best Buy to be much more competitively priced on their electronics and appliances. Now, it's one of my most preferred retail stores to shop for these items. Around Black Friday or the Super Bowl, forget it. TV's of every size and price range are available. I'd recently bought two of my Samsung TVs (4k) from this location. Two different sizes and both were more affordable than I've ever seen. I even compared prices beforehand with other retailers and online. I've also bought a washer and dryer from here on separate occasions. Both turned out to be Samsung brand with the latest technology. Once again, great deals on these. My latest purchase was an Amazon Firestick at the special Amazon Prime Day prices even after Prime Day had ended. Only Best Buy had this deal at the time. Overall, my experiences have been pretty good at this Best Buy location. Service is courteous. No complaints. They seemed to be well-stocked and always have what I'm looking for. read more

Not too shabby. Of you have an online order that's pricey (maybe $900+) expect a massive delay as they need to "verify payment" which can apparently take up to a day. Save yourself the trouble and just go buy it (if they have it in store of course). Other than that, Everytime I've visited has been a great experience. Always had nothing but good experiences when I came to this location. The last time I came here, I was looking to return and hopefully buy the correct smart keyboard that was for the iPad model that I have. Of course, when I got there since my model was one behind they only had the newer keyboard available. Didn't even have a refurbished one in the store. The process itself was even more tedious for the simple fact that the keyboard was purchased with my son's scholarship and took a little more of an effort. Nevertheless, the team that assisted me didn't miss a beat. They got on the phone with the scholarship company and the best buy for business and got it all figured out. I was able to return the one that was originally purchased and got the new one later on in the mail. Well worth the wait. read more

I came to this store to do an exchange for a product that I ordered from BestBuy.com but it arrived damaged from shipping, since it was my first time coming to the Best Buy in Doral I figured that I would look around to see how it differs from the other Best Buy stores that ive been to so far. I was pleasantly surprised that this Best Buy store had so many cool things in the movies section like the George Carlin Commemorative Collection (which I didnt even know existed), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Complete Collection), Teen Titans Live Action (I didnt even know this existed), Duck Tales 10 disc set!, and some Best Buy exclusive movies with cool little trinkets inside the box like bobbleheads or figures. The video games section was also really neatly organized, I love how they put the games on the shelf sideways so that you can see the names of the titles that they have in stock without having to move all the video games around or search for hidden games behind other games. I love how Best Buy Doral has a clearance and bargain section for Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch titles which is something I didnt see much in the other Best Buy's, usually the other stores only put Xbox or Playstation games on clearance or the bargain bin. Best Buy Doral also seems to have more respect for the condition that the customers receive products too because at Best Buy Hialeah you often see all the $20 video game titles and bargain bin stuff tossed in these circular bins that look like garbage bins with a bunch of movies and video games randomly thrown inside (which could all have loose disc or scratched disc from improper storage and handling) but not in Best Buy Doral, here all the bargain stuff was neatly organized. The Best Buy in Doral also has a huge selection of toys but that might be because its December and Christmas is around the corner. read more

I went there to fix the machine and they didn't want to do anything so I decided to return the item and they told me that the return policy was only 15 days. who could use and electronic for 15 days only to find out that is not ok?? Do not buy anything from this place because they do not warrant what they sell. use Amazon or some other place that accepts returns within reasonable time. also, I think that almost everything they sell is probably refurbished and not in original boxes. My friend made an appointment with Geek Squad over the phone. They told him they could install internal storage for the PS5. We made an entire trip, my friend brought his PS5 with him in his backpack, and waited for the appointment. They told us that their current policy was to not fiddle with PS5's or PS4's in that manner, and that the employee in question probably didn't know that they had discontinued that service. "We have a lot of new people/hires" is what he finished with. You'd think that they'd keep new hires apprised of changes to company policy, or that they'd keep new hires off of the phone, but apparently this Geek Squad is so poorly run that they don't do any of that. This store has changed so much in as little as a month. You have to register to be served , you have to pay a membership in order for them to transfer the information from your phone to the new one you are buying. Cost $999.00. I guess enough for them to give you a hard time as they charge &45.00 dollars to transfer your information to the new phone you are buying from them or you have to buy a membership cost $50. 00 the lowest one. Not exactly a fan of large national chains, but we can't ignore the fact that their purchasing power gives them the ability to pass on aggressive pricing opportunities to the consumer. Suffice you know that the store is here, so if you find yourself in this area (Doral) looking for electronics ...enter Best Buy; however, there are two experiences you can expect: If you know what you are looking for and don't require any interaction with store employees, save for the cashier who is going to ring up your purchase and the security dude in the entrance of the store checking your receipt against your purchases...wtf ! If, however, you are not sure about what you need, or require technical assistance... I have two words for you: Good Luck ! :( Severely lacking in customer service on the floor, and surely there has to be a better way to prevent loses and shoplifting which doesn't include a dead between the eyes dude deciding whether I can exit the store freely or not - and in the end, if you must disrespect your customers at exit, a simple smile and thank you will go a long way. Please be careful when purchasing anything from Best Buy in Doral. Unfortunately they have completely lost their customer service and are unwilling to help even when the product is defective. A few months ago I bought some AirPods for my son and the case is not charging. I spoke to corporate and since I'm an Elite member, they told me the manager could make a one time exception and exchange it. Last month I spent plenty of money buying a camera and accessories. They are extremely disorganized. I scheduled a geek squad appointment a week and a half in advance. I called the day before my appointment to confirm that the laptop I needed repaired, could be repaired since it was not purchased with Best Buy. There is mixed information about this on their site and when I called, I was told I could bring it in. There is an employee at the front door asking people what they are there for and once you tell them, they direct you where to go. However, once I went in, there were quite a bit only people in there and the employees directly inside, most were staring into space. After checking in with two different people and waiting around 10 minutes to drop off the laptop, which I had an appointment for, I was then told they who'd not take it because the laptop was not purchased there. The employee even said that it would be cheaper anyhow somewhere else. Well maybe, but they need to get their act together. read more

They were both friendly, courteous, incredibly efficient, and genuinely interested in helping us with our purchases and with an issue concerning our Best Buy credit card.
