Everything is super organized and well kept. I mean, it is a new location. It is not as crowded as other HomeDepots I've been to. Due to the pandemic, they have less employees, so please be patient with them. They have sanitizing stations in various locations. I went looking for a decently priced vacuum, and there was no one around to help. When I asked at customer service, Ms. Jasmin was there to the rescue. She was magnificent! I loved her customer service!!! She literally went above and beyond for me. Even though that was not her department, she made sure to bring down the one vacuum I wanted. This is currently the closest Home Depot location and I mean really close. The store is well organized but most of the employees lack knowledge, the exception is Gregorio Carrioza, we were looking for new appliances for our kitchen and he was super informative, to the point that he suggested to wait a bit longer for the 4th Of July Sales, he wrote down our names and number and sure enough a week before the sales event he called me and I set up another in-person meeting with him, we went over several details and that made my final decision a well informed one! I will definitely recommend Gregory to any family and friend and to you as well, if you need appliances ask for Gregory and you will be happy of reading this and following my advice. read more

This is the brand new Home Depot in Doral located in a new plaza just west of the Turnpike and adjacent to Dolphin Mall and within walking distance of IKEA. It's also near to the new Topgolf and Comcast/NBC/Telemundo all clearly seen from the highway. We randomly came to this Home Depot's garden center to shop for beautiful indoor plants and it was a success. Clean, organized, and well-stocked, this garden center had a wide variety of exotic plants. We found most of these plants to be very affordable in addition to looking so lush and healthy compared to some other Home Depot garden centers in Miami. This area is still so clean and new. News flash... Women buy tools. Women use tools. Seeing a woman at the self checkout with drill bits is not a flag to rush over and watch me from 6inches... yes inches... away. Also Apple Pay and tap to pay are not the same. Same ogre who monitored my checkout from breath feeling distance from my person wouldn't suspend my transaction so I could get a card or find out if another register can use a different payment type. So yep that was me refusing to move from the self check because your less than spectacular employee refused to help and has zero customer skills. Why this store doesn't have tap to pay is beyond comprehension. Why it's employees are clearly sexist and threatening is too. I came by for the grand opening of the newest Home Depot in my neighborhood. There was an orange carpet welcome with balloons and hardhats being given away at the front door. As you walk around the warehouse, there were all kinds of giveaways from cupcakes to pastries to spinning the wheel for sunglasses or keychains. The best part was the building section where kids and adults were making bird Houses. I had no problem sitting down and building one myself, and then painting it a beautiful purple. Lots of other adults were doing it, so I didn't feel so out of place! Then again, it was a tiny table and we were sitting on buckets, and the tiny orange apron didn't quite cover my T-shirt, so maybe a little. Still, it was fun, and you can register your kids online for free Saturday classes, and your little people can come enjoy being builders, too. The store is immaculate, being brand new, and everyone was helpful and friendly. The garden section was fully stocked and gorgeous. There were shaved ices in the garden department checkout area, and all kinds of interesting, new plants I'd never seen before. Lots of healthy veggies and herbs to buy and attempt to grow at home. It's so strange to think that this property used to be full-blown Everglades. Now it's a bustling shopping center in the making. At least the sunsets are still gorgeous from the parking lot. So happy they built a location on the west side! It's right across the turnpike from IKEA and just down the road from Telemundo. This is one nice location with lots of parking spots and easy access. Of course being new this place is spotless with easy to read shelf signs and everything perfectly organized. I came in here to paint a concrete slab and the two guys in the paint department were super friendly, setting me up with a quart of PPG paint, and mixing it to the color I wanted within 15 minutes. A chair erroneously promoted as $45 could not be sold to us at this price because the POS system scans at $56. If I can give this zero stars I would. No one wanted to help us cut a single piece of wood in half. That's all I needed. I spoke to 6 people that worked there...6 & no one could get me someone or find someone to help me. I understand there are certain people that need to be certified but I waited an hour! Then someone came, looked at the wood piece I needed so I asked him are the person that cuts wood? He looked at me & walked away. So I called out in Spanish asking the same question & he said yes but he's clocking out bye. I've worked retail for many years so I know what it's like but for something simple he could've helped me. My blood was boiling but I still stayed for a few more minutes & no one showed up. I went to the front registers & asked for a manager nicely so I can cut the wood myself but of course no one cares! No manager came. The person I was talking to said I can't cut it & I said I know that but I've been waiting an hour for someone to help me & everyone turns away. So I asked do you know someone who can help me. Instead of helping or fixing the situation the person walked away as well saying they just clocked in. I threw my hands in the air & didn't buy anything. I went straight to Lowes & I got IMMEDIATE AND NICE service! This Home Depot used to be nice but now it turned into garbage. Horrible customer service & no one knows anything apparently. *Update* Since I sent a photo of the area I had the wood placed on the machine to my dad, he went to pick up an order & he said where I left the wood & the other 2 smaller pieces of wood are in the exact same place as yesterday. I recommend you stay away from buying at Home Depot online, you will be caught in an abuse situation. I bought a cabinet and a piece of furniture to support the TV screen, they arrived with defects, I called customer services nobody answer, the menu keep repeating itself, they texted me, I requested an email address to be able to make an attachment of the photos, Marlee from customer services told me that they had no emails :) that took almost two hours texting, and then the supervisor MC Kesur Finch took another hour and a half to give me the email, since they said that the photos that I sent they did not receive. It has not been resolved yet, it is necessary from them to take the broken furniture. In total, the texts last five consecutive hours, I told them that I am a senior citizen with health problems who is exhausted, tired, and very disappointed with the treatment, they do not care. I wanted to do a review of the products and the service and my criticisms were rejected 4 times, they do not want other naïve people to find out about the poor quality of the products that they offer on their website, they are really unacceptable, the furniture and the service. read more

The delivery people have purposely cancelled my pick order two Saturdays in a row. They don't answer their phone or text messages when I attempt to get in contact with them. These guys dont know what customer service is. Bought a washer for a delivery 12 days out for delivery between 230-630 pm. Bozos call me at 10 am say they want to deliver in the next 30 minutes - it would be great if I was at home, but I was over an hour away. The truck driver gets angry with me. I call scheduling and they assure me that it will be delivered and installed during the agreed to time window. Guess what... no delivery. I guess the driver wanted to get home. So no one tells me - call or informs us. So now we have to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. Home Depot is being held captive by the poor service of their sub contractors and they don't know what they are doing. Buy your stuff somewhere else. These guys are a JOKE. Went to store to locate a generator that I saw on line. When I asked the 1st person they told me they didn't know where it was. They ended up asking somebody else. That individual told me to go to an aisle. There was nothing in that aisle. I saw another attendant in the area and I asked him. He told me to axe someone in customer service. I didn't feel like the situation warranted anyone to get axed. It didn't get to that point yet. When I went to the register area to see if anybody could help me out there was three ladies having a conversation. I asked them if they could call a manager for me. They told me to go to customer service and asked customer service to call the manager for me. I guess I was disrupting their conversation. When I went to customer service I asked the customer service person to call the manager for me they did. The manager never showed. I never got the axe. I didn't need it. read more
