But when I went to open it later on, there was no disposable in the box at all. I don't understand how that could be a factory issue as this has never happened to me. Came in to the store describing this issue and the employee did not care at all. He was no help and did not even try to check the other boxes to see if that was an issue with the brand or anything. Just sat there and said there was nothing he could do because of his policy. I feel scammed completely. Just moved into the area so I was looking for a regular shop to frequent, this definitely will not be it. Maybe it was a one time issue, but his customer service was terrible addressing it. If you read this and still choose to shop here, at least check to make sure the product is in the box before leaving so you are not scammed as well.

I noticed when I got home that it tasted .. bad (plastic) and wouldn't really hit. I looked up the brand to see if it was a "me" thing... only to find absolutely nothing. Not on Google. Not on Twitter. Not on Instagram. Not on freaking Reddit. Nothing exists because it's a fake. "Ape Bar" isn't a brand. Elf Bar, which this is a direct replica of, is a brand. The more I examine the box, the more I realized it didn't have the right info - no security code, said nicotine instead of nic salt, etc. I took it back and explained the situation. I was allowed to swap it for something else, but the dude was adamant that Elf Bar had rebranded as Ape Bar. Nah. Anyway, stay safe. It's not worth the risk. Just buy from somewhere else.

I was assisted by one of the managers there, Ceasar. I had no idea what the problem was,but Ceasar jumped right in and was able to diagnose it. From there he worked about 25 minutes to fix it,and it wasn't an easy task. He took the time out to help me and did it with a great attitude. Afterwards, he cleaned my vape out,put it back together,and made a great recommendation on an E-juice. Because of this, I will always come back to this shop. At the time, one of my electronic vape died on me, and I was in dire need of a new vape. Despite my normal vape shop not having the one I wanted in stock, a quick call to Krazy Ape addressed my concerns without hesitation, and had more than enough of said device in different colors. Upon walking in, I was greeted immediately by one of the owners of the business. The entire area was clean and full of updated items! He immediately presented me with multiple options for my choosing. I proceeded to ask about the business (since I assumed it was new), and was informed that this was one of many other shops around town. Good to know! During this exchange, I was shocked to find out their prices on my items to be LOWER than my usual vape shop. On top of that, he handled the entire transaction with professionalism and care.
