A majority of the time, they are either out of a certain ice cream or they completely forget something in our order, mainly the waffle cone. If you're ordering online, it is a MUST that you check your order before leaving. The last time I came in, someone apparently had picked up my order. The guy behind the counter said that "the order had been picked up already" and asked me to check my app. I told him that it wasn't a DoorDash order, the order was for me. He seemed kind of annoyed that he had to remake it - though he was training someone and seemed to already be annoyed by the man he was training when the trainee was just asking questions and trying to help. Attitude is the theme here for multiple employees for sure and that is the biggest downfall of this Coldstone.
