I had him call the owner and then the owner gave me a third quote for $200. Whatever just replace the screen. They replaced the screen and now I'm having trouble with the sensor at the top so when I use WhatsApp and try to play a voice clip the phone screen turns black like I'm covering the sensor even though the phone is a few feet away from me. Sometimes I can't take phone calls unless I hit the power button to close the phone and hit the power button again to show the screen. I have a lot of issues with the touch screen not responding. The top of the phone where the screen meets the housing flexes in and out so my best guess is that they didn't glue the top properly. I called the owner asking for a refund and my old screen back but he refused the refund and offered to replace the screen. He told me that this is a third party screen which I can confirm because I saw the Chinese letters on the box. He said that the functionality might be different because it's not an OEM screen. Could have paid $100 more and went to uBreakiFix and had a perfectly brand new screen. Which is what I wish I would have done in the first place. My suggestion to anyone coming here is to avoid this place!! The phone call with the owner ended up in a yelling match with him trying to talk over me and me trying to talk over him with me hanging up at the end. This place did offer to replace the first screen that they messed up. They can't get it right the first time why do they think that I would allow them to touch my phone a second time. Plus they wouldn't offer a refund which is what I wanted. They replaced my old screen and now this one has tons of issues and the screen isn't glued at the top and it's pulled away which is visibly noticeable. I'm just going to take the $200 loss and then when this screen goes I'll go to ubreakifixit

I understand sometimes there is no update, but there should have been communication as to why diagnostics were taking so long, what motherboard chip was ordered, how long it takes to receive, when turnaround time would be to install. After all that, my laptop was sent back from Florida since the chip would take a month to receive from China. This place said the chip was ordered 7/30, mind you they had my laptop since 7/1. That was my only update for weeks. They never even asked me if I wanted to wait for the chip! Now I'm asking for a refund and guess what, no one is calling me back. The district manager Ashley has to review...well ok, how long does that take...another few months?! It is not asking too much for a customer to be provided updates and calls are returned in 24 hours and options are provided to resolve an issue. This place demonstrates exactly how not to run a business.

Exactly 34 days after he did that, I dropped my phone in order to keep myself from falling. Even with my protective case the screen took another hit and was shattered. I was four days beyond my warranty and my cell phone repair did the repair for me again and extended my warranty. I felt so happy and grateful for the extension. I don't think anybody tends to go to these lengths to make people happy. I will never use anybody else again! And yes I did pay the good karma forward To someone else that needed help :-)

I called back within 2 hours -- same day -- and was met with dismissiveness and rudeness from Chad (AKA Chase), the employee who sold it to me from Christian, the store manager, who refused the return. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding. No explanation. No accountability. No interest in making it right. Was this phone actually new, or was it a refurbished or previously returned device sold to me at full retail price? I asked Chad if he was selling old phones. He did not answer which was very suspicious. I disputed the charge with my bank. They did not get paid. This is an authorized reseller (Wireless Zone) and not a Verizon corporate store. They won't tell you that. Don't buy a phone here. If you do, inspect your device before you walk out the door, and if something seems off, trust your instincts -- because once you leave, Chad and Christian are done with you.
