As a customer prepared to make a significant purchase, I felt unwelcome and ignored. Customer service starts with basic acknowledgment, and unfortunately that was completely absent during my visit. Because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue, as potential customers should not feel invisible when they walk into the store.

I believe it says something good about a company, when even the phone service people stay on for several years. I was given a 4-hour window, sent a reminder, and updated with a 30-minte and 10-minute arrival time. 3. The Delivery men were strong, professional and courteous. HOWEVER, be warned that they do not stand behind their products. I recently bought a washer-dryer set. The dryer never worked. They came and replaced the circuit board. Still didn't work. They said we needed to check our electricity. We did. All fine. They said they needed to contact the company (LG) and that the company needed THREE VISITS before they would replace it! We are now FIVE WEEKS without a dryer, and they are telling us we have to wait for the company (LG). All of our requests for just sending a replacement for the lemon have gone unheeded. When we call Gerhard's, they just shrug. When we call the company, they either don't get back to us or set up a call and then don't class. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. We thought Gerhard's was a reputable, reliable, and honest company. IT IS NOT. Everything is fine until there is a problem. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.
