If you believe walking into Ferguson's in Lawrenceville you'll be treated as a valued customer dream on! Rude receptionist and an arrogant attitude. There are no sales assistants anywhere in their showroom. It's all by appointment only. What a joke of a business model!!! You might as well buy everything on line and be done with it. Very disappointed in this Fergusons. Everyone is polite but they're basically order-takers, and that we can do on our own. The problem is Fergusons has grown too big and forces customers to work through their website: Build.com. That website needs work. 1) It's fickle-- sometimes it recognized my email address, sometimes it didn't. 2) ordered pulls took three weeks to arrive; some never arrived at all. 3) returning is a rip-off: each knob comes with its own return fee: a $10 knob costs $7.95 to return. And they won't let you send them all back in the same box; each order is a $7.95 return fee. My salesperson never informed me of this. Reaching your salesperson by phone is a chore, as the phone answering company for the Cherry Hill Store is located in Lansdown, PA. Calls are rerouted-- your phone doesn't recognize the incoming call, etc. It was a time-consuming mess. Also, I tried to buy a $1,500 lighted medicine cabinet; it was more complicated than surgery. Questions had to go through the salesperson who contacts the rep, and then has to get back to me. Now factor in web issues and off-site call centers. And when you do finally connect, no solutions or alternative products are offered, and you've wasted a month. Finally, Ferguson's sends a "how did we do?" survey, but when I went to provide feedback, I got a window saying that my time to do so had expired. Absolutely infuriating. I've found another source for my 6-figure renovation--a streamlined, "family run" place that actually knows what customer service is. read more

Over several weeks they were always getting back to us last minute, make a decent with an hour to go or wait till next week. Frustrating.

The customer service I experienced was poor at best. Placed an order May 2022 and never heard a word for 2 months. When i finally called them, it took a week to get in touch with someone, i was told my appliances would not be delivered until the fall and one wouldn't be until 2023. I understand the supply chain issues but a call would of been nice. I canceled my order and was supposed to have a check issued. I called today since it's been 2 weeks since i heard anything only to find out that the person i dealt with was on vacation. I finally called and got the branch manager who issued my check but it would take 2-4 weeks to arrive. They have now been sitting on my money since May! I don't have much faith in businesses lately so we'll see what happens ! read more

Horrible experience. Even though I had made an appointment for a consultation on my bathroom and kitchen remodel I was shuffled between 4 people, nobody cared about making sure my order was correct or giving advice. One woman just said to make sure she got credit when I bought. Very confusing process of putting items on build,com but that isn't what is actually used to buy. They had incorrect finishes, had cast iron tub instead of acrylic, never checked delivery times. The updates I made didn't transfer to their system. I had to call 3 times just to get actually purchase. I never received anything detailing the final items, so have no idea if the correct items were ordered. Very frustrating and made everything so much more stressful. Stay away!! read more

If I could, I would give no star instead of one. From beginning to end, it was a terrible experience. We made an appointment to choose items for our new master bathroom and still had to wait for almost an hour to be seen. We specifically asked Jaime, the person we were working with, to let us know if anything that we chose was on back order so as to avoid delays. Also, while we were in our meeting, there were many interruptions. Fast forward, items were delivered to our house with no prior notice and a huge item, our tub was on back order along with the tub filler. (The delivery man showed up at 7 a.m. and apologized because he only had our address, not our phone number. ) We called many times to speak with anyone at Fergusons and never received a call back. We had to search for a new tub to replace the one that we ordered. We ordered from another plumbing supply company and had it in 2 days and the pricing was so much better. Fergusons is over priced and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would never recommend Fergusons. read more

Purchased a complete set of appliances for a newly remodeled kitchen. The showroom consultant listened to our design and price point goals. The resultant selection of Jenn-Air products have been installed and we couldn't be more satisfied. They even provided for no cost to us a counter top water filter system when they realized the item was not included in interior of the refrigerator we chose. Delays in shipment occurred but were acceptable as inconveniences were rectified in a professional and courteous manner. I recommend their services. read more

Bought a terrific kitchen faucet from them and I love it! The product is top notch, and I have no problems or complaints with my purchase! I also went back to buy an outdoor fan(with remote) and outdoor lights for my beach house. Once again, great products and great recommendations. read more

TL;DR: Go there to see stuff in person, buy from someone else. Were I to rate on showroom layout and selection, this would be a 5-star review. It's a mid-sized space, but every inch is filled with a wide array of high-quality kitchen and bath fixtures. The private (no fee) consultation with their staff was helpful. They were able to expertly walk us through the myriad of choices and help us make decisions. (we were remodeling a bathroom) That's how they got 2 stars. Product knowledge and selection aside, the customer service was so bad I really can't recommend buying from them. The staff seemed constantly frazzled. The private consultation was much more focused, but our salesperson kept looking at her watch and tried to keep things moving. The staff also seemed very territorial. After the private consultation, while finalizing and placing the order (and later on when checking on order status) the staff was resistant to helping, we had to work with the salesperson who submitted our order... even if she was off for the day (or weekend) they'd ask us to wait for our questions to be answered. It was like we bought $6,000 worth of stuff from the salesperson, not Ferguson. Our vanity top was delayed. I can't fault Ferguson for the delay itself. I was bothered after the second 4-6 week delay when our salesperson admitted it wasn't unusual from that particular manufacturer and that another customer was currently in the same situation. I don't know why they are still doing business with that manufacturer or not warning customers more aggressively against that product line. Regardless, there was no attempt to keep our business (no discount or rush order gesture) so we cancelled the vanity top (everything else had been ready and delivered about 6 weeks earlier). If you choose to go with them, good luck! You may have a better experience. We will be taking our business elsewhere. read more

I'm rating Ferguson poorly due to the continued poor services, bait-and-switch information, and in ability to delivery as promised. My extensive kitchen remodel required a complete new appliance and lighting package - Jenn Air Double Ovens, Refrigerator, Wine Cooler, Microwave, Cooktop, Dishwasher, Pendant Lights, Sink, faucet, Etc. So not a small order. I'm happy with my appliances, but Jenn Air is pre-negotiated and there is no benefit buying from Ferguson. The experience was filled with frustration, misinformation, completed by their inability to delivery products as agreed. As of today, I still do not have my appliances with the correct handles and I'm told that they can't get them in the handles that I ordered. Really? All without so much as an apology. To make it worse, the the horrible last minute delivery scheduling is so unprofessional that I was shocked. Literally less than one hour to confirm or be forced to wait another week for appliance delivery another delivery (due to damaged product the first time) as delivered without notice while we were on vacation. I was forced to give a delivery person the location of a spare key and then had a neighbor move it later for safety. I never had this kind of low rent service from HomeDepo, Sears, or Lowes. If you are in the market for high end appliances, go running to another retailer who appreciates your business enough to honor it with service. read more

She answered my questions honestly and provided information about details that I had not considered. The sales people in the other stores were not even in the same league as Jennifer- I am not sure that they are even playing the same game. read more
