Back on February 2,2021, I had them come out to fix a machine that I really loved after I had people come and take a lot of my money not fixing the problems. They came out very professional as knowledgeable and he was able to find the part that I needed to have replaced, all during snowstorm and all that was going on with Covid. The service today was great fixed my dryer now it is warm and will dry the cloths greatly, also looked at my kitchen refrigeration and now it is quiet and working better then before. Trying to find a good appliance repair person is hard but these guts are great they know what to fix and not take you to the cleaners in price. My husband and I purchased a used stackable washer/dryer from Larry Oct 2015. He was great to work with and very pleasant. The unit came with a 6 month warranty, free delivery and installation. We live in an area where plumbing and drainage tends to be a problem but Larry and his associate Mark took the time to properly install our laundry unit without any complications which is more than I can say for Sears. They also assured me that if there were any issues with the laundry unit or drainage to call and they would come out. I will definitley use them for future purchases and highly recommend them if you are looking for afforable used appliances in great condition. read more

If anyone ever needs to buy used appliances I highly recommend Larry's next to the Berlin Mart! They just did an amazing job moving all of our appliances for us, hooking them up, and sold us some nice used ones in great condition for really reasonable prices. They worked their butts off all day for us & were so friendly & nice. I have a rental unit and even handed over a copy of the key so Larry could install a fridge at his convenience because the one I wanted him to move didn't fit and I trust him enough to just hand him a key! The nicest guys ever, great appliances, they don't try to rip you off, and I just had to make sure I left him as many good reviews as possible because they're well deserved! read more

We happened to be headed to the Berlin Mart to look around. Right before we went in, we saw washers outside this little appliance store. We decided to stop. Amazing!!!!!! The gentleman who sold us the our washer was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed us how he repairs and tests all the appliances in the store and got us the exact washer that we needed. He wasn't pushy and trying to rush us. Not just trying to sell us something. He helped us find the one we needed. The price was right. The size was perfect and we got just what we needed. We only had to put down $10 last Sunday and he delivered it to us today. This company came to replace my stove when I lived in my rental house. They didn't hook up the gas connection correctly and the house smelled like gas. I know when you install a new stove, you may get some residual gas smell, I decided to leave the property to go the grocery store. When I came back, the smell was 100 times worse. After a call to South Jersey Gas, it was determined that Larry's Used Appliances didn't hook up the stove correctly. They disconnected the stove and made me contact my landlord. Larry and another associate came back two days later and connected the stove correctly. The gas company left me a form for him to fill out and he blatantly refused saying it was a joke and he didn't think we were in danger. South Jersey gas still calls me about this incident because Captain Oblivious refused to sign the document saying he messed up. I no longer live at the place, but still have to deal with this company's stupidity. The biggest joke company I ever dealt with. read more

i purchase a samsung refrigerator in january 2017.. in june of 2017 the ice maker isnt working and the freezer wouldnt freeze my food. larry came out in June 19, 2017 to see what was the issue... he claims it was in automatic defrost that it should be fine. well to my dismay it was not... the temperature kept going up and i kept texting larry. his response was "sure keep it on super freeze" which by the way didnt help. then when he actually did some research he found out that the part was 350-500 that was needed to fix the issue and i already paid him 450.00 for the refridgerator for by the way was only 4 years old. larry then said im out of my 6 month warranty which expired on 06/07/17. when i asked then why come out on 6/19/17 he had no reply........ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY..... THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE PRODUCTS AND NOT PROFESSIONAL..... I AM STUCK WITH A BROKEN APPLIANCE AND NOW HAVE TO REPLACE THE ONE LARRY SOLD ME THAT WAS ONLY GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS!!!! OH BY THE WAY I WILL BE TAKEN THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT!! read more
