This Best Buy is not worth going to. Ever. I will drive to Tampa and go out of my way before I go to this store again. First off, they sold me a broken TV. I found this out after I got home and was SO excited to hook it up. I thought, Okay just my luck. Took it back the same night. That's when I got aggravated. Not only did NO one offer to help me with my return, they made ME go to the back of the store and get the TV myself and bring it back up to the front. AND THEN, I waited for 15 minutes until someone would exchange it for me.... by the way they only offered to help me AFTER I got loud and at that point I just ended up returning the TV and getting my money back which was over $1000 dollars. Why did I get loud? Because the entire time I am patiently waiting in line, all of the useless employee's were standing around and chatting with co workers or "friends" that came in. So Best Buy, because of this store you lost money. I hope you read this. As someone who is a former Retail Manager in a large children's store, I would have been fired or fired someone who did this in my store. read more

I love this location. Geek Squad is knowledgeable and happy to help (very pleasant). You are always greeted at the door and a goodbye on the way out whether you make a purchase or not. I am always approached but an employee when looking around or looking for a specific item. And the employees, for the most part have been pleasant to work with. When looking at computers, the employees have been knowledgeable and they don't necessarily push the most expensive model while looking at different options such as speed and memory. I shop here exclusively for tech needs even though they are not exactly close to my home read more

Every time I purchase items at this best buy I get the best customer service. Love all their items. Have purchased numerous items from this store over the years and never had problems if I had to exchange or return an item. I do have to say that sometimes you might have to wait a bit extra but the excitement of getting my item home is enough for me to wait a bit extra. Thank you Best Buy & employees. read more

Very displeased with the store I scheduled an appointment back in December for a radio to be installed into my truck today at 3:00pm. I showed up with my truck only to find out the person that installs the radios quite and they could get me in months down the road at their NewPort Richie store. What upset me was I received no phone call and no one went out of their way to make up for my lost time. This store needs a refresher on costumer Service and how to respect their costumers. I understand things happen but call someone so they do not waste their day going around a service that was not going to happen. I will be taking my business else where. read more

I love the staff at Best Buy from the Greeter Mike, to the Samsung Rep Jay, to the great people Chad and Precious who helped my husband and myself navigate through the options of phone and what plans best suited our needs. Let me start off by saying, I am not an easy customer to deal with. I do not have the knowledge or expertise to really understand one phone from the next and that can also be said about tablets. Jay taught me so much I was very impressed and spent a lot of time with me, and never made me feel like I was taking up to much of his time. That is a sign of a great rep !!! So much so I didn't think twice about getting the Samsung 10.1 tablet with the removable keyboard. I love it !!! Even though I was $ 750.00 lighter in my pocket. Jay sold me on it and I absolutely no regrets. Chad and Precious had the task of explaining phone plans and upgrades to my husband and myself, that was a whole different situation! We were both confused since Verizon changed so much from 2 years ago that they truly had to work hard to explain it. Not once did they look frustrated. They broke it down with ease and that was that. Now I am a proud owner of the Samsung 6 edge! I always dreaded doing the whole phone plan, however we both ended up having a very nice time, laughing and smile throughout. I will never go to a Verizon store again. Best Buy will always be my first and only option. My purchase was on 8-15-15 Precious you will be an awesome Mommy !!! read more

Best Buy is THE best place when it comes to cells, computers, keyboards, etc. They offered me a replacement contract on a $20 mouse even. I bought a beautiful all-in-one computer there a couple of months ago and have had no problems. I also bought a Samsung Galaxy 6 last year and have gone there with some issues. Jay is THE best when it comes to fixing possible problems with Samsung cells. He is an expert. read more

This particular store has horrible customer service period. I was speaking to a geek squad employee and was looking to get some assistance with some malware software. I was told it was 199.00 and no gaurantee about working. What is the point of buying something that is being bought as a product from a company that is not going to work ? If I had not asked about the product being reccomended, then I would not been informed of the software/malwares short-comings . This seems to be a practice @ this stores location. SELL SELL, Deal with the upset customer later. When I was asking questions about this software, the geek squad employee hung up on me... I called back and spoke to the store manager and he was far from helpful. If you are going to spend your hard-earned money, save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere. I was told the O S System was "extra" on top of buying the Asus Laptop. What is the point of buying a computer if the O S System is not included ? By the way, I was only told about the O S System added cost because I asked what O S System was on the computer. It is like going to a fast food restaurant, you buy a laptop for 400.00 and find before it will actually works you will up-sold another few hundred bucks of software in a very underhanded way. I have made many purchases at Best Buy and never had any problems until my last purchase. I bought a laptop in December and purchased a service contract through their repair service: Geek Squad. I have had to contact Geek Squad 3 times for issues, each making the computer worse than it was. On my last call, Geek Squad suggested I exchange the computer suspecting there was a defect on the hard drive. When I bought it in, The same model had been discontinued. I opted for a different brand. They offered to transfer the data to the new machine. I OK'd it as long as they didn't do anything else to the machine like deleting apps. When I went to pick up the machine, they admitted removing apps. I refused the computer, went home and tried to contact them through email. BEST BUY DOES NOT HAVE A EMAIL ADDRESS CONSUMERS CAN USE. I have never heard of a "reputable" company not having an email address for consumers to contact. I called asking for a manager. After being transferred several times, I was transferred to a store manager. I told the manager all I want is to swap the computer that they messed with without my consent to move apps to another one in a sealed box. The manager then told me I would have to pay a transfer fee even though I have an extended warranty. I am going into Best Buy today to get the same computer in a sealed box. If they give me any problems I will contact an attorney regarding this. Their Geek Squad employees are totally incompetent and can't even follow simple directions. The lesson I learned is to never purchase anything from a company that doesn't have an email address to the public. I will update this later today with, in addition to Yelp on Facebook. read more
