bought a new iphone from them about three years about was told at the time if i got the geek squad protection if i ever broke my phone i would get a new on for free so i ended up getting it turns out the sales man was lying found that out after two years of paying for the protection you only get refurbished phone the first one they sent me didnt even work out of the box the second one stopped working after 4 month the battery just shopped working would say it was at 90 but died seconds later and same thing with the third one but its even worst will die even when plugged in when in after the second one and questioned someone of it they admitted that the guy was lying and did that to many ppl i asked that if they would honor the deal that the salesman said and said they would not very disappointed after paying it for 3 years in total will never be buying from best buy or apple again very disappointing read more

We went to Thunder Bay to complete Christmas shopping to return home from a 3.5hr drive to find out our account had been dinged twice for the same purpose have. Tried calling to get this rectified with NO luck so my husband had to drive the 3.5hrs back to see them in person! It's a 7 hour drive there and back. Never ever going to shop there again or any other Best Buy again. I am spreading the word through family, friends and social media! read more

Despite being a big box, we have had surprisingly repeatedly great experience over the years. Have bought computers, stereo and multiple appliances from superb salespeople. Always helpful even though they seem really busy. The few items we have had to return or service it has been hassle free. Have not needed to talk to management ever. Trying to think why I don't give it five stars but I guess it is simply that it is still a big box! read more
