It isn't a good idea to lie to your customers. When we bought the headphones, he were told if something happened it was an across the counter exchange. When we went in, the "warehouse manager", who was working the front counter, told us " they have never had a straight across exchange". I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent experience at the Best Buy location in Vernon. Yesterday, my husband and I visited the store to purchase a television under my husband's name, M. M. Kamal. We were assisted by a sales associate named Mathesh. Unfortunately, the level of customer service we received was very disappointing. The associate spoke extremely quickly, making it difficult to understand the information being provided. Despite this, the explanations were unclear and lacked detail. When assisting customers with a significant purchase, it is important to communicate clearly, patiently, and at a reasonable pace. At one point, I had to request that he slow down so I could better understand the product. In addition, the associate's attitude came across as rude and unhelpful. He did not properly explain the features of the television, nor did he show us the exact unit we were purchasing. I also observed him speaking rudely to a coworker, which further reflected a lack of professionalism. This experience was particularly disappointing as I have previously purchased a television from the Best Buy location in Kelowna under my own name, where the service was excellent. In contrast, the staff member who later assisted us by escorting us to our vehicle was courteous, patient, and professional, which highlighted the difference in customer service quality. As customers making a significant investment, we have the right to fully understand the product before purchasing. The people in the store or nice because their sales people trying to sell you stuff, trying to get any kind of customer service help over the phone or online is an absolute nightmare, and they don't seem to be able to answer your questions. Not to mention it says if you order something online and live in the country, they're going to drop it at the end of your driveway for somebody else to steal. worst company to try to get a hold of an actual store, no phone number to call directly and the on line automated recording DOES NOTHING, this is why Big Box Stores are so hard to deal with. It's simple, provide a phone number for your store so real people can answer your questions. So frustrating so and this is why I will pay more for customer service and a company who doesn't provide an actual company phone number for the local business! read more

Absolutely and bluntly lied to an older couple with disabled children and health issues due to an accident. costing them a large amount of money they could not afford, with the assurances they would get it back. No Help Here they toke money out of my bank account and did not hand me a void slip or product for my money. They could have done more but didn't, could have call there merchant services # but no. just wash there hands of it 6 to 7 day tell I get my money back? plus I have no proof they were wrong. LAZY STAFF and a manager that does know how there interact works. I give them 1 star for staying in business as long as they have. On line shopping looks better every day. read more

I put in an order for a Nikon camera on black friday, a few days later I received a notification that there was a problem with my order and it had been cancelled and to call customer service. I did, they confirmed my address and told me to place the order again and they would honour the black friday price. I went through the order process for a second time and waited for my order to arrive. I did not get a notification that this order had also been cancelled but it did not arrive, so I called them again, they told me that it had been cancelled because I put in my mailing address and for billing they needed my street address. (My credit card company did NOT decline the purchase, they have BOTH addresses and I do a lot of online shopping and no other site has ever had an issue with my address) They told me that if I place the order again they would still honour the black friday deal, and give me a bit of an extra discount, so I went through the order process for a third time, this time making sure that they had both my street and mailing address. When I ordered the item was in stock and I got a notification for a delivery date. It did not arrive, so I called again only to be told that the item was out of stock and they had emailed me a $50 gift certificate for my troubles. I explained to the CSR that $50 would not cut it, I would have saved $300+ if they hadn't been so incompetent. She told me that it was out of stock and they wouldn't be getting the camera in stock again, and she couldn't do any more for me. So I wasted over a month, ordered three times, and wasted time on five conversations with CSRs just to be told too bad. I have never worked so hard trying to give my money to a company. I hope they go out of business soon. read more
