I took two pair of lounge pants in to be hemmed. I explained that I was hoping to not have to pay too much to hem them, as they were so inexpensive to begin with. She stares it would be $24 for both so I thought that seemed fair enough considering these are no thicker than pajamas. When I went to pick up the pants they were $52. I was shocked. The sweet lady at the front counter called the owner and he said that that's what it cost. I explained to him on the phone that that was not what I was told and he said he would watch the video and get back to me. I have yet to hear back from him. I told him there's no way I would've ever dropped those off if I knew it was going to cost that much money to hem $14 lounge/pajama pants. That is just absurd!Clearly the nice young lady who helped me when I dropped them off misquoted me, and he didn't even have the decency to honor what she had quoted. Nonetheless, I left without my pants. If I were you, I would steer clear of this place. I dropped the items which included a couple blankets, a leather jacket, some fancy men's clothing and a vintage hat. It was a LOT! But the service was five star.....everything looked perfect and since it was so heavy the gentleman walked it all out to my car for me.
