I was new to the community and found this vendor on YELP. It was very close and worth a try. The gentleman behind the counter was either brand new or just untrained. He wasn't sure when I said my shirts needed laundering vs. dry cleaning. Oddly enough he couldn't tell me the cost per shirt, but he "guessed" at $4.75/shirt. I find that very high, but I'll find out today when I picked up my shirts. read more

Absolute garbage establishment. They advertise as "green" and "recycling" when they do anything but. First, they use one plastic wrap per garment (after being asked not to). They also don't recycle hangers. At all. Awful. Different staff every time I walk in as well, so it's unlikely they treat their people well. Avoid if at all possible. read more

This is the worst cleaners EVER! I would give them a zero if I could. They took a $250 comforter and shams and WASHED them instead of dry cleaning them. The comforter was returned to me wrinkled stuffed in a bag and the shams were wadded you with it. It was also covered in white fuzz. I took it back and stated I never gave them permission to wash it, especially for $65 and they did nothing but press the shams and send it back to me claiming I gave them consent. I NEVER consented to them washing it - I took it to a dry cleaners not a laundromat. I'm still furious .. read more

The location is very convenient so I tried Best Cleaners. My husband like his shirts lightly starched and folded, which the young man behind the counter assured me they could do. When I picked the shirts up, they were heavily starched and on hangers. This happened three consecutive times! The first time I got a 10% discount for the inconvenience but after that, the person at the counter denied we ever requested special services. I'm tired of arguing with them We could deal with shirts on hangers if they're unable to fold them but every single time I go into the store, I hear "just a minute" in an irritated tone of voice along with a big sigh, as if I were an unwanted interruption. After paying, when I got my change I would say thank you but just got a grunt in return. I've never gotten a "thank you" or "have a good day from them". I'm done with these rude people read more

I don't need to use the dry cleaners very often, but this one is very convenient in Baldwin Park and I don't have any complaints as of yet! They always do a good job with a fast turn-around. I believe they also have a pick up/delivery service. The last time I was in there, they also had some free dog treats out on the counter! I grabbed a couple to take home to my pups! I'm not really sure how the prices compare to other places, but I just paid $11 for 1 dress... Seems like a lot, but again, I don't have stuff dry cleaned very often. read more

I have been coming to best cleaners for several years. This location in Baldwin Park is by far the most accommodating. Not only do they know you by name, but always willing to offer a helping hand. My fiance had already been using this lovely establishment before me, due to the fact that he can get there before he needs to be at work, a lovely tidbit that you can't find at most dry cleaners. Then, when I bought my off-the-rack wedding dress and needed it spot cleaned before my fitting, the delivery manager at the plant (behind the citrus bowl), and the plant manager herself took such good care of me i could have cried. The very next day it was ready for me to be picked up at my local store in Baldwin. I have never encountered such wonderful customer service from a dry cleaner. Both the delivery manager, and the plant manager were amazing to me, as was the lovely young man who helped me when I came to the store to pick up my dress. There are just too many other laundry and dry cleaning establishments to pay $4 a shirt. I doubt I would have used Best Cleaners, if I'd known what they charge. Went to this one because it was convenient, but then I found out what convenience cost me. Adair Cleaners on Edgewater Dr charges $1.85 (same-day $2.25), Chen's Coin Laundry on W Colonial is $1.75 (but no same-day), and, if you have to pay more so you can feel like you're getting better service, Absolute Dry Cleaners on Benet Road charges (as the sign says) $2.99 per garment. What kind of irks me is Best doesn't conspicuously post any prices. Feels like a set up ... not going back. read more

But it is the same company that loses clothes, is rude to and lies to customers, and is possibly the worst at customer service in the business in Orlando. Best is the worst. The woman who seems to run the storefront is lazy, rude, lies and will say anything to get someone to leave or off the phone. My first visit is my last. They lied about when our clothes would be ready. They lied about them all being there. When I finally was able to get our clothes, she loudly said the clothes 'weren't that nice anyway'. She should not be dealing with anyone publicly. I took my fiancés custom made wedding shirt here to be dry cleaned about 3 weeks prior to our wedding. The manager/owner insisted that we rush the shirt to be cleaned. She also wrote on the tag that the shirt was to be used for my wedding. When I picked up the shirt 3 days later I noticed that the shirt was just as wrinkled as when I dropped it off. I also noted that there were brown soap stains all over the shirt. When I asked her about this she stated that "those marks were already on the shirt." I informed her that the shirt had never been worn before. She then stated that mistakes were made because we rushed the shirt. I didn't even ask for it to be rushed. She also made me pay for the damaged shirt. I immediately took it to another cleaners who were able to remove the stains that they caused and actual press the shirt to be wedding ready! I will never go to Best Cleaners again and do not recommend them to anyone else! Better services and prices are else where. read more

WORST customer service EVER! I live in Baldwin and I can walk to this cleaner and I have always had "ok" service so I have continued to use them. Last week I walked in and an employee in the back was yelling on the phone to their child at school. Then walked out and had the worst attitude EVER! It was almost scary. When she walked in the back to get my clothes she talked under her breath about me and then when she came back out she snatched my credit card from me and refused to speak to me and only roll her eyes. She also gave me someone else's shirt, which I refuse to return until I hear back from someone at management with an apology and refund. I wrote management on the website before giving a bad review in hopes they would follow-up with some kind of resolution or apology. That was over 2 weeks ago. Worst dry cleaner I've ever used. They didn't clean any of the 5 pieces I brought to them. I had them clean the items a second time and still none of the marks were cleaned. I've never had a problem getting marks out before with a dry cleaner. I'm convinced they ripped me off and didn't even send them out to be cleaned. I won't be going back to this place. Overcharged for no cleaning what so ever. A waste of my time and money. read more

More like Worst Cleaners. I have had nothing but problems with this place since moving here. I chose this place purely on how close it is to my apartment and that was a big mistake. The prices are very high, half the time I've gone in people were not friendly, and they have RIDICULOUS policies about how they clean their clothes. The policies always make you or default to the more expensive option (dry clean vs. launder) and the excuse is always that it's the company they send the clothing to. Interesting since they are not the ones taking my money. Please consider a different place when picking a local dry cleaner. I don't care that I can walk there, I will not be heading back. read more

When thinking about dry cleaning you don't normally invoke thoughts of palm trees and sandy beaches. But that's what this dry cleaner in quaint Baldwin Park will do for you. Its nestled in the courtyard near Publix, in fact to get there easiest park in the Publix parking lot and find it to the right next to Barneys coffee. Best Cleaners is beach themed with tall walls painted a pretty green color and palm inspired wall hangings. I had never seen a dry cleaner decorated, much less professionally so. And they have great service too. The employees are friendly and accommodating. There is almost nothing they won't try to do for you if you ask nicely. Next day service is the norm. Dry cleaning had always been a chore I didn't look forward to. I had trouble trusting my wishes would be met when leaving my prized belongings with a stranger. But with Best it's easy. Carrie, the morning agent, will asist you with a smile. And they have a custom tailor and shoe repair service they use too, there's pretty much nothing you can't get done there. Ruined a $1500 rug after I requested that they call me first before any cleaning is done so that I can discuss the type of rug I have and how it will be cleaned. They were also not supposed to clean the rug without a quote. 2 weeks later I did not hear from them so I went in to inquire on my rug. I was told that Gary the owner was too busy opening up a new store in Apopka. 6 weeks after that I went in to ask for my rug back. I was told my rug was ready. $125 and 8 weeks later my rug was cleaned without my consent. I took the rug home and unwrapped it. To my disappointment the rug had shrunk 1 foot in each direction, and one third of the rug is now knotted up. Thanks a lot Best Cleaners. read more
