Good service. Parking lot a little hard to get in and out of off of State Road 50. Friendly owner and moderate prices. Cleaning was mince work shirts and ladies dresses. Ladies dresses are $30. I think that's a bit expensive. read more

"Real" dry-cleaning in Orlando. If you've lived in NY, or other large states, you might be familer with going to the local dry clean shop. Seeing the big machines, steam, heat and exposed pipes. Workers bustling about, right in front of you working there craft. My friends, that is what this place is. Honest to god, they do the work there, right there! It's not shipped out, it's not in some van, heading to some plant 2 states over, coming back with god knows what. No, they work right on the stuff there, the quality is good! Shirts pressed, steam, starch, hats blocked (HATS?.. YES) you name it if it's a dry clean process or related thing.. they prob do it. BUT BUT that's not all. You want to wash up the BIG old comforter you have? They can do that right there, nice BIG machines for that. You run an air-BNB, and need to get some pounds of laundry done weekly? YUP, they can handle that for you. Aunt Clarinda came with her stinky stuff you'd rather not put in your home machine.. don't worry, got ya covered! I know dry cleaning isn't sexy and exciting, like the food blog reviews on yelp.. but hey, they do a nice job and they can handle a lot of stuff you don't want to try putting in your own washing machine at home, least you break it. This was my first experience with Alpha & Omega. They took on a job no one else would (and did it within a time constraint that I had) without hesitation. They did all the work on site, which was neat to see the employees working right in front of you, pressing and steaming. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. When I returned to pick up the order, they were already pulling my order for me before I gave them my ticket, which meant they remembered me and my order. I stopped by this place today to have a suit and shirt dry cleaned. I mentioned that I needed it for a wedding. The manager/owner wanted to charge me $25 for the suit and $6 for the shirt! Absurd! He claimed that was the normal price and others charged more. A complete lie. I took my clothes to another cleaner for half the cost. read more

Wonderful! I brought my wedding dress to Alpha and Omega after it had been spilled on, the bottom was completely dirty after a ceremony in the field and dancing. They made sure to know that my all lace wedding dress would be carefully washed. The results were amazing. No stains and beautifully pressed. They offered me the preservation box, however due to COVID I want to take photos with my grandmother when we were able to travel. I will most likely go back to get it preserved because it was such a great price! read more

Tucked away in the back of the Sherwin Williams strip mall, I stumbled upon this place because it's right by my office. I needed some sewing done (which is the only service they provide not done on site) and got my pants back lickety-split just as ordered. I have since used them to do normal dry cleaning of my dress pants as well as washing of my dress shirts. They left my shirts hanging high and dry!! ....just the way I like them ;) They charge $4 per pair of pants and $1.99 for a shirt. They do take debit/credit cards with a $10 minimum purchase. read more

I started going here because the CEO of our Company told me how impress he is with this small business. He has been going here for the past 10 years and I have been going to them for three years. I can only tell you how wonderful they are because I have never had a bad incident. This is the only Dry Cleaner left in the area that cleans all their clothes on site. They have saved me so many times when I need same day turn-around (make sure you get your shirts there by 9 AM). Took my wedding dress by here 3 days before the big day to get steamed. They had it done by the next day. Not only did it look gorgeous but they managed to fix a ruffle that was going in the opposite direction.
