We were on vacation and didn't expect to need the services of a wash and fold. but a drink accident in the airport before we flew out and another drink accident on the plane made it necessary to search for a laundromat. The stains were just a bit to much to survive without cleaning our clothes that we wore on our trip into Orlando. From the time that I entered the laundromat to the time that I picked up our clothes, the staff was super nice. They were helpful and accommodating. We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps. read more

Did they get sold? I use to love this place but something feels off. The machines are having my clothes come out dirty and that was never a problem before. I know better than to not expect some bleach to get onto something once in a while but I lost 3 towels and 5 shirts across three machines this last visit. This is one of my favorite laundromats in the Orlando area. If you come here in the morning Sasa Cuban coffee is a block away you can walk and get yourself some coffee; or if you come in the evening you can head over to our hourglass brewery down at the other block on the opposite side. I have saved so much money this year and last year doing laundry hair. It is about $5.75 to do two hampers full of clothes in one washing machine that's the extra large one and it's about $1.25 to dry my clothes. That is a total of seven dollars to do laundry. Everyone is really nice here, the ladies and the gentleman to clean the machines regularly, and mop the floors regularly. They also have a cold drinks dispenser a laundry detergent dispenser and a snack machine. It is impeccably clean in here. 10/10 Definitely recommend read more

One thing for sure is that it's definitely heaped than the laundry service we used. I've had only a great experience at Crystal Clean Coin Laundry. There is Apple Pay, carts that work, parking, and their machines are 10/10 in getting all the clothes squeaky clean. There is one staff on the morning and two during the day constantly cleaning the folding tables, machines, and sweeping the floors. Their folding tables are great for folding large items and daily clothes as well. I got six loads of laundry done for $25.00. When you calculate in water and power and how long clothes stay unfolded I'm leaning more towards becoming a regular here. Only because the laundry actually gets folded. read more

Customer service is excellent. It's a clean place. Bathrooms are clean. They have soda machines. If you forget your laundry soap. Everybody is friendly and the value is cheap. You don't have to use change. They have their own credit card machines ask them about the spider card. Also the guy Willie he's such a awesome person. Great personality. Specially loves to talk about sports. I wouldn't go to nowhere else in Orlando. I drive literally 40 minutes just to be able to have a little talk and a little smile on my face. read more

This is my second time coming here. The first time was on a Sunday and it was packed so I left. Today is my second time (thursday) it has way less people than before and I loved it. This place is clean, inviting, and has cool air flowing through. The staff has coffee and free cookies to eat and drink. There are three vending machines. One for drinks, second for snacks, third for washing stuff to purchase. I needed extra softener and so I purchased a small one for $2.50. I am beyond grateful to have clean fully washed clothing and bedding. Very grateful that these machines are in tip top shape! Thank you. read more

This is my favorite laundromat! They have very clean machines/facilities and very welcoming staff! I love that they have tables and free wifi, it makes it so much easier to get work done while waiting for the laundry cycles. The wash cycle is typically 20 something minutes and I love that they have card readers as well as coin change machines. My one issue with this laundromat is the parrots they have inside. The parrots scream incredibly loud (you can hear them throughout the entire laundromat) and they do not quiet down quick. This is incredibly disrupting and honestly makes me want to leave sometimes. The parrots also semi-frequently make one side of the laundromat smell like bird, which is unpleasant. They are very cute, but I really don't understand the decision to have these birds in a laundromat. With all of that said, I do still highly recommend this laundromat but maybe bring some headphones or earplugs lol read more

They do take credit card. And the cleanliness of the washers and building our world class. Usually when you go into other laundromats, you see several washers and dryers broken. Not one washer or dryer at this location was out of service and at other locations usually there is spilled laundry detergent all over the top and on the inside of the soap dispensers. Here they clean that. Everyday it looks like new washers that's how clean they are. I literally drive 45 minutes both ways just to go to this laundromat. Boy if they found a way to offer to be open 24/7. They would be a dream come true. Love this place. read more

In late November I visited the location on Crystal Lake Drive near Curry Ford Road and Willie took my order and returned my items to me the next day. Willie truly cares about this business and their products. I brought in 2 California King items (a heavy quilt and an electric mattress pad) to be cleaned and wasn't sure the quilt would look the same after washing, that the pad could be cleaned to remove stains or that both items could be dried properly as they were both so large and heavy. I was notified just a couple hours after dropping them off that they were ready. I picked them up the next day and was told they came out great and they looked wonderful. This was my first visit since the laundry changed hands. It appears updated, is clean and the owners have an excellent employee in Willie. Well done!! read more

Always clean. I don't ever see any machines out of order. They used to have tap to pay but it broke in January of 2023. You can still swipe your credit or debit card. No coins necessary. It's good because they have very large washers and dryers. I have to do my blankets and bedding there because my washer and dryer is too small. #apartmentlife the staff are helpful and general courteous. Just make sure you come in early so you have enough time to finish everything before 9pm sharp when they close. read more
