Every cleaning is a deep cleaning - when I am home to witness I am amazed at their thoroughness: they lift sofa cushions to vacuum each one and underneath, they move furniture so to ensure every nook is cleaned, and they leave every single surface spotless and every throw pillow perfectly placed. Moss Sister's is reliable, trustworthy and always in communication with me. If I need an extra cleaning (when I have a large dinner party or guests visiting) they always make time to assist - it is a huge benefit since they know my house so well and know what I like. He did a thorough walk through and really listened to what we wanted and didn't need. Upon arrival, Dimitri and his team changed their shoes! Isn't that great? They vacuumed and swept and dusted for about three hours! I personally think it's pretty great when someone wants to move the fridge to ensure the cleanliness around that, you never know what kind of dirt and grime is hiding around the fridge! The best part--eco friendly products! The place didn't smell like superficial cleaners when they were finished, but it was definitely clean and the floors and surfaces shined!
