I tried for a bit more than a month and a half to get them scheduled. I had a Living Social deal to test them out, because I was looking for a service to use more than one time. For the LS deal (which is for 4 man-hours), they will only send 1 person, instead of having 2 people work 2 hours. Who has 4 hours to sit in the house during the day? No one I know. (I don't think they understand customer service, or that the purpose behind LS deals is to get customers to try you, like you, and decide to keep on using your service.) When I finally had a day of vacation time to do stuff around the house, I texted them to schedule a cleaning. Initially, they responded, and I said that a date they had available would work. They never confirmed. They never wrote back. The day that they said they had available passed and there's still no contact. Never attempting to use their service again.
