Not because we'd agreed on a set number of hours (we did not) -- but bc the house Needed it. They cleaned windows, fridge drawers, oven, molding, baseboards, countertops, sinks, toilet bowls, even tops of doors. Fan blades? Yup! Cabinet drawer pulls polished? Yes. After they were done, I was invited to check that everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I could not find a spot they did not reach.. and I tried! She stated upon review of the photos she would release a "partial refund" which I thought was ridiculous to begin with. They should have either given a full refund or offered to come back to redo it.
