I found this business via yelp and vow to use him forever lol. I called and he showed up in less than 20 minutes. His price was lower than several companies I had contacted and he has the best customer service. He was very professional and I highly recommend using his services. I wanted him to just tow my car and get it to the destination asap. He advised me that the car was sitting to low and he had to maneuver it in order to get properly mounted without causing damage. I found this business via Yelp! and after reading the great reviews I knew I had to give him a try. Patrick was Super! He lived up to all the great reviews! I used a different service yesterday to get my SUV home when it wouldn't start after shopping. Not a great experience. Today I thought to look at Yelp. I'm so glad I did! Patrick came out quickly, loaded up my SUV (and took extra care with it!) and delivered it to the shop that was expecting it. He texted me when it was there and included a photo showing it at the shop. It's those little extras that make a difference. He was really professional, yet friendly. Let's start with the bottom line for those of you who don't have time: Patrick and Best Deal Towing unequivocally lives up to the amazing reviews left here! Now, for those of you who want a great story with an honest review, continue reading: My husband and I had moved to and been in Waco, Texas for all of 10 days when he was rear-ended in Fort Worth while driving family to DFW to catch flights. We knew no one in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, my husband had never been in a car accident before, we had just moved from the state of Michigan, and we had never had to deal with towing services. In short, my husband was screwed. The car wasn't driveable, it was the weekend so no auto body shops we searched for were open, and my husband was stuck in the city 90 miles from home with a draining battery on his cell phone. I called several towing companies- most went to voicemail, or quoted us $450-500 to tow to Waco. No one offered any alternative suggestions. Best Deal Towing was next on the list, and when Patrick answered the phone, I threw caution to the wind and launched into what I'm sure was a frenzied, crazy-sounding explanation of our situation. It was now 6pm, and I was desperate. I finally finished exasperatedly asking, "is there even a place we can take the car until auto shops open up on Monday?!" I held my breath and braced myself for disappointment, but instead, Patrick calmly and professionally told me that a state licensed storage facility would be an option and would I wait a few minutes while he called to check on rates. I had no words other than, "that would be amazing!" So I hang up, wondering if this was for real, and sure enough, Patrick calls me back a few minutes later. Great, now we've got a place to take the car, but what about when we have to get it to an auto shop on Monday? Thinking Patrick did me a solid once, I figured it couldn't hurt to ask another stupid question: how does it work to tow the car to an auto shop on Monday? I think Patrick figured out I was totally clueless at this point because rather than answering me, he asked if we had an auto body shop lined up already and for the make and model of my car. Upon hearing my answer, he says, "I know a guy. Let me call him and call you back." For a second time, I'm thinking "Wait, is this FOR REAL!?" Yes, yes it was. And when Patrick called me back the second time, he says to me, "This is FANTASTIC! My guy's shop is open until 8pm, I can tow it there - one shot tow!" Now I'm thinking, "this is a great solution! But what's it going to cost us?" When I broach the topic with Patrick, without skipping a beat, he replies, "the shop is not too far from where your husband is. It'll cost you less to tow it there than to the storage facility." We add my husband to the call line, they figure out where he is, and within 20 minutes, Patrick arrived to tow the car and take my husband to the auto shop. My husband made a point to tell me once he finally got home that Patrick was awesome to talk to and the perfect balance of kind and professional. He even mentioned that Patrick took another call during their ride in which he had to decline Best Deal Towing's services because they were not licensed to do what was being requested and then proceeded to refer the caller to another company that could help them out! I don't think I have to spell them out for you, but Patrick and Best Deal Towing had SO many opportunities to take advantage of us, but not once did that happen. If all of Best Deal Towing's drivers are like Patrick, you know things will be done with integrity! I am truly FLOORED by the the amazing service we received. I hope we never find ourselves in a situation where we need towing services again, but if we do, I've got Best Deal Towing on speed dial now. This is how you run a high-quality business.
