Within approximately three minutes of placing the order, I texted the company back to cancel the request before any driver had been dispatched or services provided. To my surprise, I was informed that I would still be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I explained that only a few minutes had passed since placing the order and that no actual service had been performed. Despite this, they still processed the charge. Charging customers a substantial cancellation fee within minutes of booking, especially when no tow truck was dispatched, and no services were rendered, feels extremely unfair and misleading. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully review their business practices before using their services.

Towing. Mr. James was very polite and answered my questions and messages promptly. Since the car that broke down is our daily driver, we had someone to come and get us to bring us home. I let Mr. James know this and so he came to our house first to get my keys, then proceeded to the pick up location. I appreciate that he texted me throughout the business transaction: letting me know he was on his way to our house to get the keys, and on his way back from picking up the car.
