Second time on the driving test and the instructor comes with flip flops how professional! He also put my son down saying the car was too much for him. I have scheduled two courses with Columbia safety. First was my CNA. Shortly into the course, they…read moretold me I'd have to finish the entire course (online classes, in person classes, skills, clinicals, tests) by the end of the month due to WA law! I wasn't able to finish in time, and they never gave me a full refund. I had to fight for months to get a partial refund. Next, I scheduled my AHA BLS CPR here (because I had to) and the billing wasn't working as well as the registration site. It is such a headache to work though Columbia safety. I'd rather drive to Spokane or Yakima.
