She now has her own practice. I couldn't be more happy. I had a contenscious issue with her at one point. It turned out I was wrong and she was right. I am glad she knew best. He spent 2 minutes with me and made an assumption about knee and wrote me off work. When I told the RN that I did not want to be off of work and asked her to have him come talk to me, she left the room. I could hear Jeremy, through the wall, yelling at her so I walked out to the door of his office and he started yelling at me. And, yes, I raised my voice to meet his tone/volume. What happened to talking to someone more than 2 minutes before making an assumption. The RN asked me to go back into the room. The next thing I know a supervisor came into the room and immediately started lecturing me. She didn't even takt the time to hear my side of the story! I think she was biased against me before she ever walked into the room! His attitude actually started in the waiting room. I was listing to a video on my phone. When he came into the waiting room, he snapped, "If you on your phone were not going to see you!!!" I replied, "I'm not on my phone, just listening to a video." He walked away and I followed. I had been diagnosed before Covid with a cataract starting in my right eye. I researched and found…read morea doctor in Roseburg but he was no longer here but he recommended Dr. Andrea Gray. I met with Dr. Gray and confirmed there was only a problem in my right eye. She gave me a chance to try glasses for the left eye only and keep the cataract as it was good close up and the other would be for distance. I had trouble adjusting to two different visions so we set up an appointment for surgery at the Vision Surgery and Laser Center. Someone called me to do a pre check-in. It was quick and easy. They sent texts to confirm my appointment and sent instructions for the day of the surgery. I arrived the day of the surgery with all my necessary items was greeted and check in was fast. I felt comfortable in the office. I was called back and was given a big comfy recliner with a warm blanket to rest before surgery. The nurse was nice and explained everything that would happen and how I may feel during surgery. They put a line in your arm so they can give you a 'twilight' anesthesia. The nurse had worked in the Operating Room fir 32 years so I knew she was capable of whatever was needed. Dr. Gray came in to be sure I was ok and ready. They took me to surgery and the next I know I was in recovery. I didn't remember anything about the surgery. The center is run extremely well with top notch support and medical staff. They cover everything to make you feel at ease with the surgery. The place is clean and, yet, warm and comfortable. A 5/5 is not enough for what they do from check-in through check-out!!

He just kept going. Didn't care. Even held my ankle with his other hand to keep my foot in place while giving me the shot. When he finally pulled the shot out, about two minutes later, I was shaking so bad and had broke out in a sweat from the pain of the shot. Talk about feeing violatedI I was even crying, and I don't cry often. I have never experienced such blatant disregard from a doctor, ever. I didn't even know I was going to get the shot at the appointment, I thought it was just a follow up. I needed help, not torture.
