When I came in here, it was quick and organized. The office seems to be broken up into clear areas, so you know where to go for what you need. I had to get DMV tags done on my car and they helped me right away. I thought I might need a few extra things, but they walked me through it and made it simple. I waited maybe about seven minutes before being helped, which is not bad at all for DMV related stuff. I also noticed they do a lot with travel. I may come back and talk with them about a future trip and get more information on what they offer. Overall, it feels efficient and friendly every time I go in. He did what he said and I was shocked by the price because it's a huge difference. There is a brokerage fee of $200 plus the initial insurance deposit but I know that's just standard. Without this place I think I would have been overpaying for insurance.

The Allstate estimator met me at the auto body shop, and smilingly left a check for the total cost of the repair (minus my deductible). Allstate called me several times to be sure everything was fine, and they extended my car rental allowance, as the repair took a couple of extra days. So very satisfied with my AllState experience. Wayne is a helpful and very knowledgeable agent. I have had to contact him on numerous insurance issues (AllState insures my houses also), and he has always been able to help me.
