When I came in here, it was quick and organized. The office seems to be broken up into clear areas, so you know where to go for what you need. I had to get DMV tags done on my car and they helped me right away. I thought I might need a few extra things, but they walked me through it and made it simple. I waited maybe about seven minutes before being helped, which is not bad at all for DMV related stuff. I also noticed they do a lot with travel. I may come back and talk with them about a future trip and get more information on what they offer. Overall, it feels efficient and friendly every time I go in. They do their best with finding you amazing rates as well for insurance. Recently I was helped my Heart for informed me he could find me a cheaper policy than what I was originally paying. He did what he said and I was shocked by the price because it's a huge difference. There is a brokerage fee of $200 plus the initial insurance deposit but I know that's just standard. Without this place I think I would have been overpaying for insurance.
