Ahhhh what would I do without MIS insurance. The staff is very kind and professional. They take time to answer any questions you may have. They do their best with finding you amazing rates as well for insurance. Recently I was helped my Heart for informed me he could find me a cheaper policy than what I was originally paying. He did what he said and I was shocked by the price because it's a huge difference. There is a brokerage fee of $200 plus the initial insurance deposit but I know that's just standard. Without this place I think I would have been overpaying for insurance. read more

They will assign you to a company called aspire general insurance and they are a straight SCAM just look at the reviews for aspire general insurance company and They're a middle man company (a insurance broker) they charged me $200 plus what the actual insurance company they pick charges for coverage. they are in fact not a insurance coverage company. read more

MIS Insurance has been great! They got me really low rates for my car insurance. Their customer service department is easy to get through to and they supply all the information you need and will answer all the questions you have about signing up with them. Their employees are extremely friendly and diligent with getting back to you which is something that I appreciate. I used to have Liberty Mutual and while they were a great insurance company, the employees there would be impossible to reach and getting cases taken care of would take longer than preferred. I called in a state of worry to get SR-22 non-owner insurance so I can apply with the DMV for a restrictive license after trying to reach other agencies that do this as well. These folks can hook you up with some good deals, I shopped around and they deliver the lowest policy quotes. The are customer service oriented my former broker Noah was always responsive and easy to contact. You might be ant to read over the regulations that cover using a broker to buy a policy first. Not because they will take advantage or charge 100% broker fees but just so you are aware and up to speed . Otherwise call Noah and he will do right by you and get you a good deal too. For the price they are a formidable company, well run and motivated. You won't find much cheaper and certainly not when you factor in the service. Beyond stressed out when I reached out to MIS having to deal with getting an SR 22 in order to get my License and Car back. When I first spoke to Adriann it was a HUGE sense of relief right away. Not only did he quote me $300 less than other places but he made it extremely affordable & worked with me in splitting my down payment. Adriann was able to take care of everything in one day & sent me everything via Mail. Upon paying my deposit I had my Insurance Card, & DMV was notified without me having to do anything. A month after getting my Insurance I reached out to Adriann again to change the insured car and he was able to cut down the cost once again and I had an updated Insurance Cards within a short period of time. Horrible customer service!! Be aware! Even before they finish your paperwork they ask for a review. Obviously, they ask for review as soon as possible so that you don't have the opportunity to do it after afterwards and show how bad they can serve you (or should I say "not" serve you). From basic things like not writing a policy with correct and accurate information (they basically assume things and write whatever they want like mileage), to miscalculation of premium. Unbelievable unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor a go for Geico, or Progressive, or any reputable insurance company. I had them before. Never had the smallest problem.
