Took her a day to answer any question by email. Barely was a full sentence in response. She sent me a 'price' by email--and then didn't respond again (still no coverage). Eventually, I went to my account online and opened a 'chat session' Everything was accomplished in about 5 minutes with the Farmers agent that was available immediately. She asked questions, answered questions and verified the coverage--done. Following this, I asked to have my agent changed--and she did that, as well. Sadly, this agent was terrible, in my opinion.
