Beth Anne was one of three that responded promptly and professionally with a phone number and price. Two days later, Beth Anne came to our Goleta home for a complimentary pup Meet n Greet. Our little, senior rescue chihuahua Chester is not only quirky and hard of hearing but also suffers from separation anxiety. From the minute Beth Anne walked in the door, I could tell she was knowledgeable and had such a love for all animals given her demeanor. She is super qualified with 15 years of experience, cat/dog CPR certification, insured by Pet Care, AND is a FearFree professional with training to alleviate and prevent pet anxiety, stress and pain. Heck, not only that but she is a pet whisperer when using the camera! We can never succeed at capturing a decent picture of our dog who is camera shy. While we were gone we received timely text updates with photos of our baby. She somehow excelled at taking photos of him--see attached photos. Our dog appeared extremely calm and content, versus when we have left him in the past. Beth Anne even sent a text invoice and left an adorable 'thank you' card at our home for allowing her the pleasure and trust to care for our little Chester. So happy to be able to exhale: We have a dog & a cat. The cat has to be pilled daily to keep her food down and we do not want to impose this level of care on fam or friends, and trying out a local cat boarding place turned into a nightmare, so travel was becoming impossible.
