Before I found them, I tried other groomers in town with Coco Bear and she would be there all day, where as SB Paws and Claws usually have everything done in under two hours. I recently brought in our new rescue, Pepper who we were told is a poodle, yorkie and maltese mix. It was her first haircut and they were so wonderful, updating me throughout the appointment to let me know how Pepper was doing as I was a little nervous her being away from me for the first time. They did a wonderful job of course, and it is clear that they really care about the pets that they work with!

I asked if they hand stripped she said maybe she didn't know. I asked the range it would cost since it was only cash or check, she said she didn't know . I asked to speak to to the groomer, which I guess is only OMAR he isn't there. I left a photograph of how the dog should be groomed. She couldn't care less. I went back to the parking lot. Thought about it went and got my dog and brought her home I will take her to another place. It may be a good groomer, but with that kind of treatment at the front desk and they're not giving you specific times for appointments I did not feel easy, leaving my dog in their hands.
